بررسی انطباق با نقش پدری و عوامل پدری و فرزندی مرتبط با آن، در پدران مراجعه کننده به مراکز جامع سلامت شهر رشت در سال 1397

مقدمه: مهم ترین رویدادی که در زندگی یک مرد می تواند ایجاد شود، پدر شدن می باشد که سبب پیدایش تغییرات زیادی در شخصیت، سبک زندگی وهویت مردان می شود.. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین ارتباط انطباق با نقش پدری و عوامل پدری و فرزندی مرتبط با آن در پدران مراجعه کننده به مراکز جامع سلامت شهر رشت می باشد.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش مقطعی تحلیلی است که واحدهای پژوهش آن 298 نفر پدر مراجعه کننده به مراکز جامع paq) , سلامت می باشند. نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای انجام شد. انطباق پدری نیز با ابزاراستاندارد انطباق پدری ) اندازه گیری شد، که دارای 38 گویه و 5 حیطه ی توانمندی در ایفای نقش ها و مسئولیت ها، درک تکامل والدی، تثبیت در جایگاه پدری،ثبات معنوی و رضایت درونی می باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های شپیرو،کروسکال والیس،من ویتنی و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن انجام شد. یافتهها: آزمون های شپیرو و کروسکال والیس نشان داد نمره انطباق پدری بر حسب سن فرزند، از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بوده است(p=0/048 ، r = - 0/ سن پدر با نمره انطباق پدری، دارای همبستگی معنی دار معکوس بود( 115 .(p < 0/05) .نتیجه گیری: در میان عوامل پدری فرزندی مرتبط با انطباق پدری، قومیت پدرازعوامل مرتبط با انطباق پدری می باشد. میزان انطباق پدری در بعد توانمندی در ایفای نقش ها و مسئولیت ها، درک تکامل والدی،تثبیت در جایگاه پدری، ثبات معنوی و رضایت درونی، مطلوب و در بعد چالش ها و نگرانی ها در حد ضعیف می باشد

Survey Paternal Adaptation and Its Fatherhood and Offspring relative Factors in Fathers Attending to the Health Centers of Rasht in Year 2018

Introduction: One of the most important events that can happen in a man #39;s life, is becoming a father, which causes huge changes in men #39;s personality, lifestyle and identity. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between adaptation with paternal role and its fatherhood and offspring predictive factors in fathers attending to healthcare centers in Rasht.Methods: The present study is a crosssectional analytical study. The participants were 298 of fathers referring to healthcare centres and were chosen randomly. Paternal adaptation is measured with standardized paternity adaptation questionnaire (PAQ) that contains 38 items classified under five factors (ability in performing the roles and responsibilities; perceiving the parental development; stabilization in paternal position; spiritual stability and internal satisfaction; and challenges and concerns). Data were analyzed using Shapiro and KruskalWallis test and Man Whitney and Spearman correlation test.Results: Shapiro and KruskalWallis tests showed that the paternal adaptation level was statistically significant in terms of the child #39;s age (P <0.05). The father #39;s age also had a significant inverse correlation with the level of paternal adaptation (r = 0.115) , (P =0.048).Conclusions: Due to the results of this study, it seems that paternal ethnicity is the predictor of paternal adaptation among other predictors of paternal adaptation. the level of paternal adaptation in ability in performing the roles and responsibilities; perceiving the parental development; stabilization in paternal position; spiritual stability and internal satisfaction subscale were in favorable range but the challenges and concerns subscale was in unfavorable range.
