طراحی اپلیکیشن آموزشی مبتنی بر پکس و اثربخشی آن در کاهش نشانگان کودکان طیف اوتیسم

مقدمه: اختلال اوتیسم اختلالی تحولی است که با نارسایی در مهارتهای اجتماعی-ارتباطی و بروز رفتارهای کلیشه ای همراه است.هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی اپلیکیشن آموزشی و بررسی اثربخشی آن در کاهش نشانگان کودکان اوتیسم می باشد.روش کار: این پژوهش به شیوه نیمه تجربی (پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل) انجام پذیرفت. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل30 کودک 7 تا 12 ساله اوتیسم بود که بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله وکنترل تقسیم گردیدند. ابتدا هر دو گروه تحت پیشآزمون بوسیله آزمون گارز قرار گرفتند. سپس گروه مداخله تحت 10 جلسه یک ساعته آموزش قرار گرفته ولیکن بر روی گروه کنترل،فعالیتی انجام نپذیرفت و در انتهاء آزمون گارز بعنوان پس آزمون، بر روی هر دو گروه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده های بدست آمدهبا استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند .یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که که پس از تعدیل میانگین های پیش آزمون، تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین گروه مداخله وکنترل در پس آزمون وجود داشت و کاربرد میانگین نمرات گروه مداخله در مهارتهای ارتباطی، اجتماعی ورفتارهای کلیشه ای را بهترتیب از 93 / 5 ، 87 / 4 ، 8 / 4 به 13 / 3 ، 4 / 2 ، 87 / 2 در پس آزمون تغییر داده است ( 001 / 0 > p .)نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان عملکرد مهارتهای ارتباطی، اجتماعی و رفتارهای کلیشه ای با کاربرد اپلیکیشن آموزشی مبتنی بر پکسارتقاء یافته است و کاربرد این اپلیکیشن می تواند در آموزش کودکان طیف اوتیسم مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Designing an Educational App and its Effectiveness on Improving Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders Signs

Introduction: Autism disorder is a disorder characterized by stereotypic behaviors associated with social failure disorders. The purpose of this study was to design an educational application and its effectiveness in reducing the syndrome of children with autism. Methods: It was a quasiexperimental study (pretest, posttest with control group). The statistical sample of this study was 30 autistic children aged 7 to 12 years with autism who were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. First, both groups were subjected to pretest by Garz test. Then, the intervention group was trained under 10 sessions of one hour, but the control group did not take any activity and at the end of the Garz test as a posttest, they were used on both groups. Data were analyzed using covariance analysis. Results: Research findings showed that there is a significant difference the mean of the intervention group and the control group in the posttest after moderating the mean of the pretest, and the application of the mean score of the intervention group in social, social, and social skills was 5.93, 4.87, 4.8 in the pretest to 3.13, 2.4 and 2.87 in the posttest (P < 0.001). Conclusions: The results show that the performance of communication, social skills and stereotypical behaviors has been enhanced with the use of the Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS) and the use of this application can be used in teaching children autism spectrum.
