چه کنیم آموزش‌های ترویجی یک سازمان یادگیرنده شود؟ یک رویکرد آمیخته در تعاونی‌های روستایی استان البرز

هدف از انجام این تحقیق، شناسایی راهبردهایی برای انطباق آموزش های ترویجی تعاونی های روستایی استان البرز با سازمان یادگیرنده است. این مطالعه بر مبنای پارادایم آمیخته و با استفاده از روش های کیفی و کمی انجام شد. برای گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی از تکنیک مصاحبه چهره به چهره و طوفان اندیشه و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. مشارکت کنندگان تحقیق در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان شرکتهای تعاونی روستایی به تعداد 30 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی تا اشباع نظری داده ها و در بخش کمی 379 نفر از اعضای تعاونی های روستایی استان البرز بود. برای شناسایی راهبردهای همسو نمودن آموزش های ترویجی تعاونی های روستایی استان البرز با سازمان یادگیرنده، نقاط قوت، ضعف، تهدیدها و فرصت ها از ابعاد قابلیت های فردی، یادگیری گروهی، تفکر نظام مند، چشم انداز مشترک و الگوها و باورهای ذهنی در قالب سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. پس از شناسایی عوامل داخلی و بیرونی، نسبت به سنجش آنها در بین اعضای تعاونی ها، اقدام گردید. بر اساس نتایج حاصل جایگاه تعاونی ها در ربع سوم قرار گرفت و راهبردهای مناسب برای انطباق آموزش های ترویجی تعاونی های روستایی استان البرز با سازمان یادگیرنده، راهبردهای رقابتی تعیین شد. با استفاده از ماتریس برنامه ریزی کمی نسبت به اولویت بندی راهبردها اقدام شد و با استفاده از فن طوفان اندیشه و مصاحبه اقدام های عملیاتی برای تحقق راهبردهای مورد نظر ارائه شد. برنامه ریزان آموزش های ترویجی تعاونی های روستایی استان البرز می توانند با توجه به راهبردها و اقدام های عملیاتی شناسایی شده، شرایط لازم برای انطباق آموزش های مذکور با کارکردهای سازمان یادگیرنده را فراهم آورند.

what should we do to make extension training a learning organization?a mixed approach in rural cooperatives of alborz province

the purpose of this research is to identify strategies for adapting extension trainings of rural cooperatives in alborz province to the learning organization. this study was conducted based on mixed paradigm and using qualitative and quantitative methods. to collect data, face to face interview and brainstorming techniques were used in the qualitative part, and questionnaires were used in the quantitative part. the research participants in the qualitative part included 30 experts from rural cooperative companies using the snowball sampling method until the theoretical saturation of the data and in the quantitative part, 379 people were members of rural cooperatives. to identify the strategies of aligning the extension training with the learning organization strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities from the dimensions of shared vision, personal mastery, mental models, team learning and systems thinking in the form of three stages of open , axial and selective coding were identified. after identifying the internal and external factors, they were measured among the members of the cooperatives. based on the results, the position of the cooperatives was placed in the third quarter, and the appropriate strategies for adapting the extension training to the learning organization, competitive strategies were determined. using the quantitative strategic planning matrix, were prioritized, and action plane were presented to realize the desired strategies using brainstorming techniques and interviews. the planners of extension trainings of rural cooperatives can provide the necessary conditions for adapting the mentioned trainings to the functions of the learning organization, according to the strategies and action plane identified.
