تحلیل راهکارهای فنی و مدیریتی بهبود بهره وری سوخت در صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی کشاورزی استان کرمانشاه

صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی بخش کشاورزی یکی از مهم‌ترین صنایع روستایی به شمار می‌روند. هدف این تحقیق شناسایی راهکارهای فنی و مدیریتی بهبود بهره‌وری سوخت در صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی استان کرمانشاه بود. در این مطالعه از روش توصیفی-پیمایشی استفاده شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط گروهی از اعضای هیئت‌علمی و کارشناسان مرتبط تایید شد. برای اطمینان از پایایی از پیش-آزمون و محاسبه ضریب کرونباخ آلفا استفاده شده است که مقدار آن برای بخش‌های مختلف بین 0.71 تا 0.94 به دست آمد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران واحدهای صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی کشاورزی استان کرمانشاه بودند که تعداد کل آنها 69 واحد بود که با استفاده از رابطه کوکران 46 نفر از آنها به‌عنوان نمونه و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای با انتصاب متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی راهکارهای فنی بهبود بهره‌وری سوخت در صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی کشاورزی استان کرمانشاه به ترتیب در شش عامل روزآمدسازی مداوم تجهیزات، تقویت استفاده از تجهیزات کاهش اتلاف انرژی، خودکارسازی تجهیزات تهویه، مدیریت فنی سیستم‌ها، جایگزینی سوخت با گاز و سرویس دوره‌ای تجهیزات خلاصه شدند که این عوامل 76.14 درصد از کل واریانس عوامل فنی را تبیین کردند. راهکارهای مدیریتی بهبود بهره‌وری سوخت نیز در چهار عامل اولویت به سرمایه‌گذاری در بهینه‌سازی و نوسازی، آموزش و اطلاع‌رسانی، مداخله‌های هدفمند دولتی با رویکرد بهینه‌سازی و اصلاح سیاست‌های قیمتی انرژی خلاصه شدند که این عوامل 75.52 درصد از کل واریانس عوامل مدیریتی را تبیین کردند.

analysis of technical and managerial solutions to improve fuel efficiency in agricultural conversion and complementary industries in kermanshah province

agricultural transformation and supplementary industries are one of the most important rural industries. the purpose of this research was to identify technical and managerial solutions to improve fuel efficiency in the conversion and complementary industries in kermanshah province. descriptive survey method was used in this research. a questionnaire used to collect data. the validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of faculty member and related experts. pre-test and calculating cronbach’s alpha coefficients were used to measure the reliability (0.71-0.94). managers of agricultural transformation and supplementary industries units in kermanshah province formed the population of this study (n=69) and 46 samples were selected using stratified random sampling. based on exploratory factor analysis, the most important technical solutions to improve fuel efficiency in the agricultural conversion and supplementary industries of kermanshah province was summarized in six factors including continuous updating of equipment, strengthening the use of equipment to reduce energy loss, automation of ventilation machines, technical management of systems, replacement of fuel with gas and periodical service of equipment. these factors explained 76.14 percent of the total variance of technical solutions. management solutions to improve fuel efficiency were also summarized in four factors: investment in optimization and renovation, education and information, targeted government interventions with an optimization approach and reforming energy price policies, which explained 75.52% of the total variance of management solutions.
