واکاوی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش کشت کلزا (brassica napus) در شهرستان بویراحمد: کاربرد تئوری یکپارچه پذیرش و استفاده از فناوری

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش کشت کلزا در بین کشاورزان شهرستان بویراحمد بود. برای این منظور از تئوری یکپارچه پذیرش و استفاده از فناوری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش پذیرندگان و نپذیرندگان کشت کلزا در این شهرستان بودند که تمامی پذیرندگان (35 نفر) و 118 نفر از نپذیرندگان به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی با توزیع متناسب انتخاب و با استفاده از روش پیمایش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته بود که بر اساس اجزاء تئوری مذکور تدوین شد و روایی آن توسط پانلی از متخصصان دانشگاهی و بخش اجرا مورد اصلاح و بازنگری قرار گرفت. برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه نیز مطالعه‌ای راهنما در خارج از جامعه آماری صورت پذیرفت و ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ (0.67تا 0.93) به دست آمده حاکی از پایایی مطلوب پرسشنامه داشت. داده‌های گردآوری شده در نرم افزار آماری spss21 بارگذاری و آزمون‌های آماری مرتبط و متناسب اخذ گردید. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد میانگین نمره «شرایط تسهیل کننده»، «عملکرد مورد انتظار» و «انتظار تلاش» در دو گروه پذیرنده و نپذیرنده تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان داد. همچنین یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل ممیزی حاکی از آن بود که «شرایط تسهیل کننده» سهم افزون‌تری را در ممیزی دو گروه پذیرندگان و نپذیرندگان کشت کلزا به خود اختصاص داده است. این در حالی است که نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر حاکی از آن است که «تاثیر اجتماعی» و «عملکرد مورد انتظار» بیشترین تاثیر را بر تمایل (قصد) به پذیرش و «شرایط تسهیل کننده» بیشترین تاثیر را بر رفتار پذیرش کشت کلزا داشته است.

analyzing the factors influencing the acceptance of canola (brassica napus) cultivation in boyar- ahmad county: application of integrated model of acceptance and using technology

the aim of the current research was to identify the factors influencing the acceptance of canola (brassica napus) cultivation among the farmers of boyer-ahmad county. for this purpose, the integrated model of acceptance and use of technology was used. the statistical population of the research was the adopters and non-adopters of canola cultivation in the country. all adopters (35 people) and 118 non-adopters who were selected by random sampling with appropriate distribution were studied and investigated using the survey method. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was developed based on the components of the theory, and its validity was revised and confirmed by a panel of academic experts. to measure the reliability of the questionnaire, a pilot study was conducted outside the statistical population, and the cronbach’s alpha coefficients (0.67 to 0.93) obtained indicated the satisfactory reliability of the questionnaire. the collected data were loaded into spss21 statistical software and related statistical tests were taken. the findings of the research showed that the average score of &facilitating conditions&, &expected performance& and &expected effort& in two groups of farmers showed a significant difference. also, the findings from the discriminate analysis indicated that &facilitating conditions& had a greater share in the discrimination of the two groups of the farmers. meanwhile, the results of the path analysis showed that &social influence& and &expected performance& had the greatest effect on the willingness to accept, and &facilitating conditions& had the greatest effect on the adoption behavior of canola cultivation.
