بررسی و تحلیل مهم‌ترین چالش‌های ارتباط بین تحقیق و ترویج کشاورزی استان همدان

فقدان ارتباط موثر بین ترویج کشاورزی و تحقیقات یکی از موانع اصلی در موفقیت ترویج است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل علل اساسی چالش ارتباط تحقیق و ترویج از دیدگاه کارشناسان و متخصصان این دو حوزه مهم در توسعه کشاورزی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق عبارتند از کارشناسان بخش تحقیقات و ترویج کشاورزی در استان همدان ( n=267). از این افراد تعداد 135 نفر به صورت تصادفی در دو مرحله انتخاب و نظرات آن ها گردآوری و تحلیل شده است. ابزار اصلی پژوهش عبارت است از پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته که پایایی آن به وسیله الفای کرونباخ و تتای ترتیبی تائید شده است. برای رسیدن به سازه های اصلی از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شده است. همچنین برای تعین سهم عامل از نرم افزار smartpls و برای ارزیابی برازش مدل از نرم افزار اموس بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد فقدان ارتباط پژوهشکران بخش تحقیقات با ترویج کشاورزی در سطح مزرعه به چهار عامل تاکید نهاد ترویج و تحقیقات بر وظیفه گرایی به جای نهادگرایی، ضعف نیازسنجی پژوهشی در ساختار تحقیقات کشاورزی، غرور سازمانی و بی توجهی به نهادهای دیگر به ویژه در بخش تحقیقات و نهایتا ضعف در ارتباط سازمانی خلاصه می شود. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده پیشنهاد شده است دو نهاد ترویج و تحقیق بیش از هر چیزی باید به اثربخشی فعالیت ها بیاندشند و نه صرفا انجام وظیفه. دوم این که هر دو نهاد از وجه منفی غرور سازمانی دور باشند تا بتوانند با یکدیگر ارتباط موثر برقرار کنند.

Investigation and analysis of the most important challenges of the relationship between Agricultural research and Agricultural extension in Hamadan province

the lack of effective communication between agricultural extension and the research department is an important obstacle in the success of Agri. extension. The present study was conducted to investigate and analyze the main causes of the challenge of the relationship between Agri. research and Agri. Extension from the perspective of experts and specialists in these two important areas in agricultural development. the statistical population is experts of the research and extension department in Hamadan province (N = 267). 135 people were selected from the total population at random in two stages and their opinions were analyzed. The main research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha and ordinal theta. Exploratory factor analysis has been used to find the main structures. Also, SmartPLS software was used to determine the factor share and Amos software was used to evaluate the model fit. Research results show There are four factors influencing the weak relationship betwin agri. research and Agri. Extension at the farm level. The emphasis on conscientiousness instead of institutionalism, Weakness of research needs assessment in the structure of agricultural research, Organizational pride, especially in the field of research and Weakness in organizational communication. Finally suggested: Agri. Extension and Agri research should pay attention to the effectiveness of activities and not just to the task. Second, These two organizations should stay away from the negative part of organizational pride so that they can communicate effectively with each other.
