عوامل موثر بر رضایت شغلی سربازان سازندگی سازمان‌های جهاد کشاورزی استان‌های شمال غرب کشور

پژوهش حاضر باهدف تحلیل عوامل موثر بر رضایت شغلی سربازان سازندگی سازمان‌های جهاد کشاورزی استان‌های شمال غرب کشور انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل سربازان مشغول به خدمت در سازمان‌های جهاد کشاورزی استان‌های آذربایجان شرقی، آذربایجان غربی و اردبیل بودند که 244 نفر از آن‌ها از طریق نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌بندی تصادفی برای انجام مطالعه انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‏آوری داده‌ها، از فن پیمایش در قالب پرسشنامه و مصاحبه استفاده شد. پرسشنامه‌ حاوی سوالات بسته و تعدادی سوالات باز بود که روایی صوری آن توسط متخصصان تایید ‌گردید. به‌منظور آزمون پایایی پرسشنامه نیز یک مطالعه راهنما در خارج از نمونه موردمطالعه انجام شد و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای شاخص‌های مختلف محاسبه گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد از میان متغیرهای مختلف پژوهش، شرایط رفاهی مرکز، روابط بین سربازان در طول دوره، ارتباط مسئولان اجرائی محل خدمت با سربازان، انگیزه پیشرفت و انگیزه خدمت همبستگی معنی‌داری با رضایت شغلی دارند. همچنین، نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای انگیزه پیشرفت، روابط بین سربازان در طول دوره و ارتباط مسئولان اجرائی محل خدمت با سربازان حدود 40 درصد از تغییرات متغیر رضایت شغلی سربازان سازندگی را پیش‌بینی می‌نمایند.

Factors Affecting Job Satisfaction of Soldiers in Jihad-e-Agriculture Organizations in Northwest Provinces of Iran

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction of soldiers in the organizations of JihadeAgriculture in the northwest provinces of Iran. The statistical population of the study consisted of soldiers serving in JihadeAgriculture organizations in the provinces of East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan and Ardebil. 244 of them were selected by random sampling for the study. In order to collect data, a survey tool was used in the form of a questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire included closed questions and a number of open questions whose formal validity was confirmed by experts. In order to test the reliability of the questionnaire, a pilot study was conducted outside the sample and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficients was calculated for different indices. The results showed that the variables of the welfare conditions of the work environment, the relationship between the soldiers, the relationship of officials with the soldiers, the motivation of progress and service motivation have a significant correlation with job satisfaction. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that the variables of achievement motivation, relationship between soldiers and the relationship between officials with soldiers predict about 40% of changes in the job satisfaction of soldiers.
