تبیین شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای متمایز‌کننده عملکرد مدیران واحدهای تولید محصولات گلخانه‌ای استان خراسان جنوبی

پژوهش حاضر باهدف تبیین شایستگی های حرفه ای متمایز کننده عملکرد مدیران واحدهای تولید محصولات گلخانه ای استان خراسان جنوبی انجام‌شده است. روش تحقیق ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازنظر جمع آوری داده‌ها توصیفی – همبستگی است و به روش پیمایش انجام گردیده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 141 نفر از مدیران واحدهای تولید خیار گلخانه ای بوده که به دلیل محدود بودن جامعه به‌صورت سرشماری موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که در زمان انجام تحقیق 117 گلخانه فعال و اطلاعات بر اساس آن‌ها جمع آوری و به کمک روش آماری تحلیل تشخیصی تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد از 23 متغیر مستقل موردبررسی تنها 8 متغیر به ترتیب اولویت بر اساس بالاترین میزان ضریب همبستگی کانونی شامل: رعایت اصول انجام عملیات داشت، رعایت شایستگی های اعتقادی اخلاقی در محیط کار گلخانه، به‌کارگیری شایستگی های مدیریتی، رعایت شایستگی های پایه محیط کار، آماده‌سازی بستر کاشت، تعداد دوره های آموزش ترویجی مرتبط با گلخانه، آماده سازی خزانه و عملیات کاشت و سابقه کشت گلخانه که توان ایجاد حداکثر تمایز بین مدیران واحدهای تولید محصولات گلخانه‌ای موفق و ناموفق را داشتند

Explaining the Distinctive Professional Competencies Performance of Greenhouse Managers Production units in Southern Khorasan Province

Present study conducted with the aim of explaining the distinctive Professional competencies performance of managers in greenhouse production units in Southern Khorasan. The research method was applied in terms of purpose, and descriptivecorrelational in terms of collecting data. The study was conducted through the survey method. The statistical population of the study was 141 greenhouse owners from greenhouse cucumber production Units who were selected through the census method due to the limited statistical population. The instrument used for collecting data in this study was a questionnaire. At the time of research, 117 active greenhouses and information were collected and the statistical analysis was using of the discriminant analysis. The results of the analysis showed that out of the 23 independent variables examined, only 8 variables including observing the technical principles of growing operation, observing ethical beliefs, observing managerial competencies, observing the basic/generic competencies, the method of preparing the planting bed, the number of extensiontraining courses, the method of preparing the terrace and the planting operation, and the experience in greenhouse cultivation could maximally differ between successful and unsuccessful managers of greenhouse cucumber production Units in order of priority based on focal correlation coefficient.Explaining the Distinctive Professional Competencies Performance of Greenhouse Managers Production units in Southern Khorasan Province
