طراحی الگوی توانمندسازی اقتصادی زنان سرپرست خانوار در استان ایلام

زنان سرپرست خانوار به‌عنوان فقیرترین افراد، یکی از مهم ترین اقشار آسیب پذیر جامعه هستند که مقدار قابل‌توجهی از جمعیت جامعه را تشکیل می دهند. این قشر به دلیل چند نقشی بودن و نیز وظیفه مهم تامین معاش خانوار از اهمیت ویژه ای در گفتمان ها و برنامه ریزی های توسعه برخوردار هستند. توانمندسازی و ارتقاء سطح کمی و کیفی زندگی آنان، می تواند زمینه های کاهش فقر، کاهش نابرابری جنسیتی، گسترش استقلال اقتصادی اجتماعی و غیره را فراهم نماید. پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی الگوی توانمندسازی اقتصادی زنان سرپرست خانوار در استان ایلام و با بهره گیری از روش تحقیق مطالعه موردی انجام‌ شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان آگاه در زمینه توانمندسازی زنان در ادارات و سازمان های مختلف استان است. با استفاده از نمونه گیری نظری و مصاحبه عمیق با 28 کارشناس، داده ها تا رسیدن به اشباع تئوریک گردآوری شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات، از روش نظریه زمینه ای استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد 43 مفهوم در مرحله کدبندی باز، 7 مقوله محوری در مرحله کدبندی محوری و یک مقوله هسته ای در مرحله کدبندی گزینشی به‌دست‌آمده‌اند. کارشناسان مذکور، معنای نوین توانمندسازی اقتصادی زنان مذکور را در اصلاح و تغییر الگوی سنتی توانمندسازی و حرکت به سمت تکمیل زنجیره ارزش و شناسایی حلقه های زمینه ساز به‌منظور رسیدن به الگوی نوین ساماندهی مشاغل خانگی و کارآفرینی خانوادگی ویژه بانوان سرپرست خانوار دانستند.

Designing a Model for Economic Empowerment of Female Heads of Households in Ilam Province

Female head of household as the poorest person is one of the most vulnerable sectors of society, accounting for a significant percentage of the population. They are particularly important in development planning because of the role and importance of family livelihoods. Empowerment and promotion of the quantitative and qualitative level of their lives can provide grounds for poverty reduction, reduction of gender inequality, expansion of economic independence of households, and so on. The purpose of this study was to design a model of economic empowerment of women Heads of Households in Ilam province, using a case study method. The statistical population of the study is experts in the field of empowerment of women in different departments and organizations of the province. Using theoretical sampling, 28 experts were selected and the data were extracted through indepth interviews with the aforementioned experts to achieve theoretical saturation. To analyze the obtained qualitative information, the grounded theory method has been used. The results showed that 43 concepts were obtained through open encoding, 7 axial categories by axial encoding and a nuclear category through selective encoding. The results also showed that the experts identified the new semantic of the economic empowerment of female headed households is in modifying and changing the traditional model of women’s empowerment, and moving towards the completion of the value chain and identifying the underlying circles in order to achieve a new plan for the organization of homebased job and entrepreneurship Families, specially female heads of households.
