واکاوی عوامل بنیادین آموزشی موثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی شهرستان اردل با استفاده از تحلیل مقایسه‌ای کیفی مجموعه فازی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی عوامل بنیادین آموزشی موثر در توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی انجام‌شده که ازلحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی بوده و با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، فعالان کارآفرین در مناطق روستایی ساکن شهرستان اردل بوده که استفاده از نرم‌افزار power sample تعداد 244 نفر نمونه متناسب باهدف تحقیق برآورد و به روش طبقه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شده اند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده که روایی محتوایی آن توسط اساتید و متخصصان تایید و پایایی با استفاده از پیش آزمون و محاسبه ضریب  کرونباخ آلفا برای آموزش 0.84 و برای کارآفرینی گردشگری 0.87 برآورد شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل از تحلیل مقایسه‌ای کیفی مجموعه فازی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که دسترسی به مراکز آموزش کارآفرینی در کنار آموزش ریسک‌پذیری، وجود کارگروهی در آموزش، وجود آموزش نحوه شروع کسب‌وکار و سرمایه‌گذاری و وجود دسترسی به مراکز آموزش کارآفرینی و منابع در این زمینه می‌تواند منجر به توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری شود. در مقابل عدم آموزش فعالیت‌های گروهی و کار تیمی کمترین سهم را در توسعه و تقویت کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی دارد.

Investigating Fundamental Educational Factors Affecting the Development of Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship in Ardal County by Using fs/QCA

Since the main purpose of development is to make an environment where all people can develop their capabilities. And this is only possible with sustainable educational and economic development. It is essential to recognize the influential educational factors in entrepreneurship as one of the flourishing areas of the ability of community members to achieve this goal. The purpose of this study was to investigate the fundamental educational factors in rural tourism entrepreneurship development, which was of, applied type, nature and method was descriptive survey. The population of the study is Ardel County residents over 20 years. By using Sample power SPSS software, 254 cases were selected according to the purpose of the study and cases study were selected by stratified random sampling. Research tool was a researcher made questionnaire containing 2 components and 45 items and its content and face validity were approved by experts and its reliability was determined 0/84 and 0/87 by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The fs / QCA fuzzy set comparative analysis used for the analysis. The results showed that access to entrepreneurship training centers along with risktaking training, existence of a working group in training, existence of training on how to start a business and investment, and access to entrepreneurship training centers and resources in this field can lead to tourism entrepreneurship development. So that, Risk education variable is more effective than other variables and plays an important role in all the combinations and paths that affect tourism entrepreneurship development.
