بررسی مولفه های موثر مشارکت در تصمیم گیری کارکنان مراکز تحقیقات، آموزش و مشاوره فضای سبز شهر تهران در توسعه فضای سبز پایدار شهری

پژوهش پیش رو باهدف بررسی مولفه‌های موثر مشارکت در تصمیم گیری کارکنان مراکز تحقیق، آموزش و مشاوره فضای سبز شهر تهران در توسعه فضای سبز پایدار شهری انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق 266 تن کارکنان 92 مرکز تحقیق، آموزش و مشاوره فضای سبز منطقه‌های 22 گانه شهرداری تهران بود که برمبنای فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه 157 نفر برآورد شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌های تحقیق، پرسش‌نامه بود که روایی آن با استفاده ازنظر اعضای هیئت‌علمی ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران بررسی و تائید شد و پایایی آن با استفاده از پایایی ترکیبی (0.81)، تائید شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تائیدی نشان داد که به ترتیب از میان نشانگرهای سازه مشارکت کارکنان، اتخاذ تصمیم مرکز جهت مشارکت کارکنان در تصمیم‌گیری و پذیرش تصمیمات مرکز منوط به مشارکت کارکنان در فرایند تصمیم‌گیری با بارهای عاملی 0.69 و همچنین از میان نشانگرهای سازه شیوه‌های جذب کارکنان، تاثیر مثبت توانمندسازی کارکنان جهت مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری با بار عاملی 0.70، مولفه‌های موثر مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری کارکنان مراکز تحقیق، آموزش و مشاوره فضای سبز تهران در توسعه فضای سبز پایدار شهری می‌باشند.

Investigating the Effective Components of Participation in the Decision Making of the Staff of Tehran Green Space Research, Training and Consulting Centers in Development of Sustainable Urban Green Space

The present study conducted to investigate the effective components of participation in decision making of the staff of research, education and consulting centers of green space in Tehran in the development of sustainable urban green space. The statistical population of the study was 266 employees of ninetytwo green space research, training and consulting centers in the 22 districts of Tehran Municipality. Based on the Cochran’s formula, the sample size was estimated at 157 people. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose validity reviewed and confirmed using the opinion of the members of the Faculty of Agricultural Extension and Education of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Science and Research Branch, and its reliability confirmed using combined reliability (0.81). The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that among the structural indicators of employee participation, the decision of the center for employee participation in decision making and acceptance of the center’s decisions is subject to employee participation in the decisionmaking process with factor loads of 0.69 and among structural indicators of employee recruitment methods. , The positive effect of empowering employees to participate in decision making with a factor load of 0.70, effective components of participation in decision making of staff of Tehran Green Space Research, Training and Consulting Centers in the development of sustainable urban green space.
