رابطه بین ذهنیت فلسفی با تسهیم دانش و تعهد سازمانی آن‌ها در دانشجویان گروه رشته ترویج و توسعه روستایی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز

هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی رابطه بین ذهنیت فلسفی با تسهیم دانش و تعهد سازمانی در دانشجویان گروه ترویج و توسعه روستایی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز می‌باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی همبستگی می باشد که برای جمع‌آوری داده ها از تکنیک پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش 143 نفر بودند که کل اعضای جامعه به‌صورت سرشماری در تحقیق شرکت داده شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات سه پرسشنامه استاندارد؛ ذهنیت فلسفی اسمیت، تسهیم دانش وانگ و وانگ و تعهد سازمانی آلن و می‌یر می‌باشد. پایایی ابزار اندازه‌گیری نیز از طریق یک آزمون مقدماتی و ارزیابی مقدار ضریب آلفا کرونباخ سوالات پرسشنامه موردبررسی قرار گرفت که مقدار آن برای قسمت‌های مختلف پرسشنامه بالاتر از 0.72 =α به دست آمد که نشان از قابلیت پایایی پرسشنامه دارد. نتایج بررسی رابطه بین ذهنیت فلسفی با تسهیم دانش و تعهد سازمانی نشان داد: رابطه معنادار مثبت و مستقیم بین متغیرهای؛ ذهنیت فلسفی و ابعاد آن با تسهیم دانش، تسهیم دانش و ابعاد آن با تعهد سازمانی و ذهنیت فلسفی و ابعاد آن با تعهد سازمانی وجود دارد. تفاوت معناداری در میزان ذهنیت فلسفی دانشجویان مرد و زن وجود ندارد. تفاوت معناداری در میانگین تعهد سازمانی دانشجویان مرد و زن وجود دارد به‌نحوی‌که دانشجویان زن متعهدتر از دانشجویان مرد هستند. میانگین نمره ذهنیت فلسفی، تسهیم دانش و تعهد سازمانی دانشجویان بالاتر از حد متوسط است

Study the Relationship between Philosophical Mindset with Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Commitment among the Department of Extension and Rural Development of College of Agriculture in Tabriz University

The main purpose of this research was to study the relationship of philosophical mindset of students with knowledge sharing and their organizational commitment among the department of Extension and Rural Development of college of Agricultural students in Tabriz University. Research method Was Descriptivecorrelational and scrolling technique and questionnaire tool was used for gathering data, The statistical population included 143 students that all of them were selected as the sample based on the census sampling method. The tool for collecting data is three standard questionnaires: the Smith’s Philosophical Mindset, Wang and Wang Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire, and the Allen and Meyer organizational commitment. The reliability of the instrument was also evaluated through a preliminary test and evaluation of the Cronbach’s alpha value. The questionnaire was examined and its value for different parts of the questionnaire was higher than α = 0.72, indicating the reliability of the questionnaire. The study findings showed that there is a direct and significant positive relationship between philosophical mindset (and its dimensions) with knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing (and its dimensions) with organizational commitment, and philosophical mindset (and its dimensions) and with commitment. No significant difference was observed between male and female students in terms of philosophical mindset. The study findings indicated that there is a significant difference between male and female students in terms of organizational commitment, as female students are more committed than males. The results revealed that mean scores of philosophical mindset, knowledge sharing, and organizational commitment for students participated in this study were higher than the average.
