رابطه بین شایستگی‌های کانونی و حرفه‌ای دانشجویان کشاورزی و ساختار اجتماعی آموزش با نقش میانجی انگیزه تحصیلی

بسیاری از فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاه ها، در حوزه کاری خود پس از فراغت از تحصیل موفق عمل نمی کنند؛ که یکی از دلایل آن نداشتن انگیزه تحصیلی و شایستگی های لازم در طول دوران تحصیل می‌باشد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی رابطه بین شایستگی های کانونی و حرفه ای دانشجویان کشاورزی و ساختار اجتماعی آموزش با نقش میانجی انگیزه تحصیلی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر پژوهشی کاربردی است با ماهیت یا رویکرد کمی که به شیوه توصیفی-همبستگی انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان کشاورزی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان در سه مقطع تحصیلی کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری تشکیل می‌دهند که شامل 440 نفر می‌باشند که از این تعداد بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه ای با انتساب متناسب با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 205 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد می‌باشد که روایی آن توسط متخصصان فنی مورد تائید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن نیز از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید که مقدار آن برای بخش‌های مختلف پرسشنامه بالاتر از 79/. =α به دست آمد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین شایستگی‌های کانونی، حرفه‌ای و ساختار اجتماعی آموزش رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چندگانه بین تاثیر ساختار اجتماعی آموزش بر شایستگی‌های کانونی 0.67؛ و تاثیر ساختار اجتماعی آموزش بر شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای 59/. به دست آمد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار lisrel8.8 و smartpls3 نیز نشان‌دهنده ارتباط مستقیم و معنادار شایستگی‌های کانونی با ساختار اجتماعی آموزش با ضریب مسیر 0.69؛ و مقدار 6.75=t و نیز ارتباط مستقیم شایستگی حرفه‌ای با ساختار اجتماعی آموزش با ضریب مسیر 0.84؛ و همچنین ارتباط غیرمستقیم بین شایستگی‌ها و انگیزه تحصیلی با ساختار اجتماعی آموزش بود.

The Relationship between the Core and Professional Competencies of Agricultural Students and the Social Structure of Education with the Mediating Role of Educational Motivation

Many university graduates do not succeed in their field of study after graduation, one of the reasons for this problem is lack of educational motivation and needed competencies during their study. The main purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between core and professional competencies of agricultural students and the social structure of education with the mediating role of educational motivation. This study as an applied research has used a quantitative methodology through a descriptive correlation method. The statistical population of this study were 440 agricultural students from BuAli Sina University at three levels B.Sc, M.Sc. and Ph.D in Hamedan. Based on a stratified random sampling method, 205 students were selected using Cocheran formula. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire whose validity was confirmed during a panel of experts’ views and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha test and it was α= 0.79 for different parts of the questionnaire. The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive relationship between variables the core and professional competencies with the social structure of education. Also, the results of multiple regression revealed that social structure of education can determine 67 percent of core competencies but 59 percent of professional competencies. Also, the results of path analyzing by Lisrel and SmartPLS3 software showed a direct and significant correlation between both core and professional competencies with the social structure of education (β= 0.69, β=0.84) and an indirect relationship between competencies, educational motivation and social structure of education
