ارزیابی دانش و مهارت اکتسابی کارکنان و توانمندی آموزشگران دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان مرکزی

هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی دانش و مهارت اکتسابی کارکنان و توانمندی آموزشگران دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان مرکزی بر اساس سطح اول و دوم الگوی کرک پاتریک بود. در ارزیابی این دوره‌ها ابعاد مختلفی بررسی شد ولی به علت گستردگی مطالب در این مقاله فقط دانش و مهارت اکتسابی کارکنان و توانمندی آموزشگران دوره‌های آموزشی بررسی ‌شده است. کارکنان شرکت‌کننده در دوره‌های آموزشی سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان مرکزی، جامعه آماری این پژوهش می‌باشند. حجم نمونه این پژوهش با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم برابر با 173 نفر بوده است. داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع‌آوری شده و از طریق آزمون‌های آماری t تک نمونه‌ای، t مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss تحلیل گردید. بر اساس یافته ها، کیفیت دوره های آموزشی در مولفه‌های افزایش دانش و مهارت اکتسابی کارکنان و کیفیت توانمندی آموزشگران در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب ارزیابی ‌شده است. از بین عوامل دموگرافیک هیچ‌کدام تاثیرگذار نبوده است.

Evaluation of Acquired Knowledge and Skills by Employees’ and Capability of Trainers of In-service Training Courses in Agricultural Jihad Organization of Markazi Province

The aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired by employees’ and capability of trainers of inservice training in Agricultural Jihad Organization of the Markazi province. A Kirkpatrick’s model was used based on the first and second levels. In evaluating the various aspects of the program review, but due to the breadth of content in this article only acquired the knowledge and skills of employees and the ability of teachers training courses have been investigated. This study is a combination of exploratory and applied research is conducted. Employees participating in training courses Agricultural Jihad Organization of Markazi province, target population, respectively. The sample using stratified random sampling of 173 people. The data were collected through interviews and questionnaires made via one sample t test, ttest, ANOVA and Spearman correlation coefficient were analyzed using SPSS software. Based on the findings, the quality of educational courses in components increase the knowledge and skills acquired capability of employees and the quality of teachers is relatively desirable. Among demographic factors have not been any impact.
