شناسایی محرک‌های اصلی کسب‌وکارهای تعاونی کشاورزی استان آذربایجان شرقی

هدف: با توجه به جدید بودن رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی، مطالعات اغلب در پاسخ به چالش‌های نوظهور انجام می‌یابد که در حیطه مطالعات روستایی عوامل موثر در کسب‌وکارهای تعاونی کشاورزی بالاخص در استان آذربایجان شرقی شناسایی نشده است. برای پر کردن شکاف پژوهشی، تحقیق به دنبال شناسایی محرک‌های اصلی کسب‌وکارهای تعاونی کشاورزی استان آذربایجان شرقی برای افق 10 ساله (1410) است.روش و داده: تحقیق حاضر بر اساس هدف از نوع کاربردی بوده و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی، از بعد زمان مبتنی بر رویکرد آینده‌نگاری است. نتایج حاصل از بررسی استنادی برای شناسایی محرک‌های اصلی آینده‌ کسب‌وکارهای تعاونی کشاورزی در استان آذربایجان شرقی به‌صورت ماتریس تحلیل اثرات متقابل (میزان ‌تاثیرگذاری از صفر الی سه) برای تحلیل در نرم‌افزار میک‌مک به‌صورت پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته، در اختیار پاسخگویان قرار داده شده است. تعداد 31 نفر کارشناس و خبره شناسایی شد.یافته‌ها: روند تحلیل ساختاری تاثیرات متقابل عوامل بر یکدیگر ماتریسی با ابعاد 40×40 تشکیل شد. ماتریس بر اساس شاخص‌های آماری با تعداد چهار بار چرخش داده‌ای از مطلوبیت 96 درصدی برخوردار است که نشان از روایی بالای پاسخ‌هاست. درجه پرشدگی ماتریس 91 درصد است که نشان می‌دهد عوامل انتخاب‌شده تاثیر زیاد و پراکنده‌ای بر همدیگر داشته‌اند و درواقع سیستم از وضعیت ناپایداری برخوردار بوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: متغیر «تصور تعاونی به‌عنوان یک نهاد انسانی برای ایجاد محصولات و خدمات در شرایط عدم قطعیت» در رتبه اول تاثیرگذاری مستقیم و غیرمستقیم قرار گرفت. متغیر «کسب‌وکارهای تعاونی کشاورزی به‌عنوان یک مداخله‌گر موثر در توسعه روستایی برای کاهش فقر روستایی و بهبود امنیت غذایی» و تمرکز بر روی نهاده‌های تولیدی مناسب جهت افزایش محصولات کشاورزی و کاهش هزینه‌های تولید و اطمینان از تقاضای مناسب در رتبه‌بندی نهایی عوامل کلیدی موثر بر سیستم، به‌عنوان محرک‌های اصلی شناسایی شدند.نوآوری، کاربرد نتایج: نوآوری، ارائه عوامل کلیدی و موثر دارای قابلیت تعمیم است به این معنا که بتوانند روابط علت و معلولی فرآیندهای تغییر را که بر کسب‌وکارهای تعاونی کشاورزی در این منطقه تاثیر می‌گذارند و قابل عملیاتی بوده و آرمانی نیستند، توصیف نمایند؛ بنابراین رسالت این مطالعه کمک به توسعه فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری در سطح منطقه است.

identifying the main drivers of agricultural cooperative businesses in east azerbaijan province

aim: to fill the research gap, the research seeks to identify the main drivers of agricultural cooperative businesses in east azerbaijan province for a 10-year horizon (2023).materials method: based on the purpose, it is of an applied type, and in terms of its nature and method, it is of a descriptive-analytical type; from the time dimension, it is based on a prospective approach. the results of the citation review in the form of a mutual effects analysis matrix were provided to the respondents (31 people) for analysis using micmac software in the form of a questionnaire.finding: the 40 x 40 matrix has a 96% favorability based on statistical indicators with the number of data rotations four times, showing the answers’ high validity. the degree of filling of the matrix is 91%, which shows that the system was in an unstable state.conclusion: the variable &conception of cooperative as a human institution to create products and services in conditions of uncertainty& was ranked first in direct and indirect influence. the variables &agricultural cooperative businesses as an effective intervention in rural development to reduce rural poverty and improve food security& and &focus on appropriate production inputs to increase agricultural products and reduce production costs and ensure appropriate demand in the final ranking of key factors affecting the system , were identified as the main drivers.innovation: innovation, the presentation of key and effective factors has the ability to generalize in the sense that they can describe the cause and effect relationships of change processes that affect agricultural cooperative businesses in this region and are operational and not ideal; therefore, the mission of this study is to help develop decision-making processes at the regional level.
