تحلیل عوامل موثر بر پراکنش فضاهای سبز شهری با تکیه بر رهیافت عدالت محیط زیستی (مطالعه موردی: شهر اصفهان)

هدف: با افزایش جمعیت شهرها، واژه فضای سبز و کاربری‌های فضای سبز شهری مورد توجه بیشتری قرار گرفته است. از این ‌رو هرچه شهرها بزرگ‌تر می‌شوند احساس نیاز به وجود فضای سبز چه برای بهره‌برداری مستقیم شهروندان و چه از نظر نقش پالایش محیط روزبه‌روز بیشتر می‌شود. اهمیت فضای سبز در محیط شهری، تا آن حد است که به‌عنوان یکی از شاخص‌های توسعه‌یافتگی جوامع مطرح است و مزایایی چون درمان بیماری‌های روحی، محیطی مطلوب برای پرورش کودکان، یکپارچگی اجتماعی، حفظ آسایش و... دارد. ضمن این‌که این فضاها برای عموم مردم در گذران اوقات فراغت،  تفریح و مصاحبت با دوستان و گردهمایی‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی استفاده می‌شوند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی پراکنش فضای سبز شهر اصفهان با تکیه بر رهیافت عدالت محیط‌زیستی است.روش و داده: تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی است و به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز به شیوه اسنادی – کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری‌شده و با استفاده از قضاوت کارشناسانه و بهره‌گیری از شیوه پیمایش میدانی (مشاهده و پرسش‌نامه) و مدل فرایند تحلیل شبکه (anp) و dematel به تحلیل داده‌ها پرداخته شده است.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که از بین عوامل مربوط به پراکنش فضای سبز شهری از بین چهار دسته عوامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کالبدی و زیست‌محیطی با توجه به نظر پاسخگویان، عوامل کالبدی با وزن 54/44 درصد در رتبه اول و عوامل اجتماعی با وزن 24/8 درصد رتبه دوم را دارا است. بنابراین، شهر اصفهان به‌منظور رسیدن به توسعه همه‌جانبه در ارتباط با فضای سبز نیازمند توجه کارا به عوامل اجتماعی است؛ چرا که بیشترین اثرگذاری را نسبت به عوامل اقتصادی در ایجاد فضای سبز بر اساس عدالت محیط‌زیستی را دارند.نوآوری، کاربرد نتایج: تحقیق حاضر جزو معدود تحقیقاتی است که عوامل موثر بر پراکنش فضای سبز شهری با رویکرد عدالت محیط زیستی پرداخته است و تاکنون در شهر اصفهان نیز چنین پژوهشی انجام نشده است.

analysis of factors affecting the distribution of urban green spaces based on the approach of environmental justice (case study: isfahan city)

aim: with the increase in the population of cities, the term green space and the uses of urban green space have received more attention. therefore, as the cities grow extensively, the need for green spaces is felt more and more daily, both for the direct use of citizens and in terms of refining the environment. the importance of green space in the urban environment is that it is considered one of the indicators of the development of societies, and it has benefits such as treatment of mental illnesses, a favorable environment for raising children, social integration, maintaining comfort, etc. in addition, these spaces are used for the general public to spend their free time, have fun, and socialize with friends and social and cultural gatherings. this research investigates the distribution of green spaces in isfahan based on the approach to environmental justice.  matrial method: the current research is applied and descriptive-analytical. the required information has been collected in a documentary-library way, and the data has been analyzed using expert judgment, the field survey method (observation and questionnaire), and the analytical network process (anp) model and dematel.  finding: the results show that among the factors related to the distribution of urban green space, among the four categories of social, economic, physical, and environmental factors, according to the respondents’ opinion, physical factors weigh 54. 44% rank first, and social factors with a weight of 24.8% rank. therefore, to achieve comprehensive development in green space, the city of isfahan needs effective attention to social factors.innovation: the present research is one of the few types of research that have investigated the factors affecting the distribution of urban green spaces with the approach of environmental justice.
