تحلیل چالش ها و موانع اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی (مطالعه موردی: نواحی روستایی شهرستان خور و بیابانک)

هدف از این مقاله بررسی موانع و چالش‌های اقامتگاه‌ های بوم گردی  از دیدگاه کارشناسان و ذی نفعان با استفاده از روش دلفی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی است. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی است و رویکردی کیفی کمی دارد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دو گروه است: گروه اول شامل  صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان و گروه دوم ذی نفعان بودند. حجم نمونه برای گروه اول  با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی یا زنجیره‌ای 28 نفر انتخاب شدند و گروه دوم جامعه آماری مشتمل بر دو گروه مالکین اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی و ساکنین محلی است. نمونه تحقیق، 5 روستا مصر، گرمه، مهرجان، بیاض و ایراج  انتخاب شده ند. این روستا ها دارای 1384 نفر جمعیت و 476 خانوار هستند. برای تعمیم اطلاعات به دست آمده به کل جامعه آماری با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری کوکران از کل 476 خانوار، حجم نمونه برابر با 330 خانوار به صورت تصادفی است.تجزیه و تحلیل دادها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 23 انجام گردید. به منظور شناسایی چالش‌های موجود اقامتگاه‌­های بوم گردی  از فن دلفی استفاده شد. نتایج در بخش کیفی تحقیق بیانگر آن بود که مهم‌ترین چالش‌های موجود فراروی اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی  عوامل ساختاری و مدیریتی، سیاست‌گذاری، عوامل مالی و اقتصادی، فردی-شخصیتی، پژوهش و اطلاع‌رسانی است. در بخش کمی با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در قالب 5 عامل وجود دارد که به ترتیب عبارتند از: عوامل مالی و اقتصادی، عوامل مدیریتی و ساختاری، ضعف قوانین و سیاست گذاری جامع، پژوهش و اطلاع‌رسانی و عوامل فردی و شخصیتی که 78/73 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین می‌نماید.

investigating the challenges and obstacles of ecotourism resorts from the perspective of experts and stakeholders (case study: rural areas of khor and biabank

in this article, we want to investigate the barriers and challenges of ecotourism resorts from the perspective of experts and stakeholders using the delphi method and confirmatory factor analysis. the study is an applied work in terms of the purpose and methodology of the paper descriptive-analytical. the statistical population consists of two groups including experts and stakeholders. the sample size for the first group was selected using snowball or chain sampling of 28 people. the second group consists of owners of ecotourism resorts and residents. the case study was five villages in egypt, garmeh, mehrjan, bayaz, and iraj. these villages have a population of 1384 people and 476 families. to generalize the information of the whole statistical population using the cochran sampling method from a total of 476 households, the sample size is equal to 330 at random.data analysis was carried out using spss software version 23. the delphi technique was used to identify the challenges of eco-lodges. the results in the qualitative part indicated that the most important challenges facing ecotourism resorts are structural and managerial factors, policy, financial and economic factors, individual personality, research, and information. in the quantitative part, using confirmatory factor analysis, there are five factors: financial and economic factors, managerial and structural factors, weakness of laws and comprehensive policy-making, research and information, and individual and personality factors that 73 explain 78% of the total variance.
