نقش طرح‌های هادی در بهبود اوضاع کالبدی و فضایی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی مطالعه موردی:روستاهای بخش جلگه چاه‌هاشم شهرستان دلگان

طرح هادی روستایی به عنوان سند توسعه فیزیکی و کالبدی روستا، ضمن بررسی وضع موجود روستاها، نحوه استفاده از زمین برای کاربری ‌های متعدد و نحوه گسترش آن در آینده را مشخص می‌کند. با توجه به این‌که روستاهای کشور به دلیل شرایط ویژه فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و شرایط جغرافیایی در طول قرن‌ها تکوین یافته است. تحقیق حاضر سعی دارد به بررسی نقش طرح هادی در توسعه کالبدی مناطق روستایی متناسب با شرایط مذکور در شهرستان دلگان بپردازد. روش پژوهش در مطالعه حاضر، به‌ صورت توصیفی - تحلیلی و میدانی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر روستاهایی در دو دهستان جلگه چاه‌هاشم هستند که طرح هادی روستایی در آن‌ها اجرا شدند. در ضمن بر اساس فرمول کوکران 312 نفر از خانوارهای روستایی به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شدند که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده مورد پرسش‌گری و سنجش قرار گرفتند. سپس داده‌های مستخرج از پرسش‌نامه  با استفاده از تحلیل‌ همبستگی، مقایسه میانگین فریدمن و کروسکال والیس، در محیط نرم‌افزاری spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل همبستگی نشان می‌ دهد تا سطح اطمینان 99 درصد رابطه منطقی و معناداری بین اجرای طرح هادی با تحولات فضایی و کالبدی در روستاهای مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. همچنین نتیجه همبستگی کرامرز v نشان می‌ دهد که اجرای طرح هادی باعث تثبیت جمعیت روستاییان در روستاهای مورد مطالعه شهرستان دلگان شده است. علاوه بر آن نتایج آزمون کروسکال والیس تفاوت معنادار و 99 درصدی برخی از شاخص ‌ها را پس از اجرای طرح هادی بین روستاهای مورد مطالعه نشان می‌ دهند.

the role of rural guide plans in physical-spatial improvement of conditions of rural settlementscase study: villages of jolgeh chah hashem district in dalgan township

the rural guide plan as a document of the physical development of the village examines the existing situation of the villages, as well as determining how to use the land for multiple usages and how to deploy it in the future. considering that the villages of the country have been formed due to special cultural, social, economic, and geographical conditions over the centuries, the present study tries to examine the role of a rural guide plan in the physical development of rural areas according to the mentioned conditions in dalgan county. the statistical population of the current study is the villages of jolgeh chah hashem district, where the rural guide plan was implemented. in addition, based on cochran’s formula, 312 people from rural households were selected as a sample population, who were questioned and measured by a simple random sampling method. then, the extracted data from the questionnaire were analyzed by using correlation analysis, friedman and kruskal-wallis test, in spss software. the results of the correlation analysis demonstrate that there is a logical and meaningful relationship between the implementation of the rural guide plan and the improvement of the physical conditions in the studied villages up to the confidence level of 99%. furthermore, cramer’s v correlation indicates that the implementation of a rural guide plan has stabilized the population of the studied villages of dalgan county. in addition, the results of the kruskal-wallis test indicate a significant difference of 99% in some indicators among the studied villages after the implementation of the rural guide plan.
