مقاربة تداولیة للخطاب السیاسی المعاصر فی لبنان؛ بناء على خطاب اثنین من السیاسیین

انّ الادب والفنّ اتّجاه جمالی یُعتبر وسیله للمتعة عند المخاطب، الاّ انّه فی الوقت نفسه یُعدّ طریقة معیّنة بارزة من الطرق الموجوده لاقناع المخاطب واسترضائه؛ اذ یحاول الفنّان باستخدام الوسائل الموجودة بین یدیه لکی یرسّخ فی ذهن المخاطب اهدافه التی قد تبلورت فی اثره الفنّی. لذلک لا یمکن ان یتمّ حصر الفنّ فی الآثار البصریه او المجرّده والموسیقى، بل یمکن ان نعتبر کلّ خطاب سیاسی تضمن عناصر فنّیه اثرا فنّیا. یرمی هذا المقال الى تحلیل الخطابات السیاسیة اللبنانیة المعاصرة بالاستناد على التقنیات الکلامیة وفقا لنظریة التداولیة او علم المقامیة. ولقد تمّ اختیار النماذج من المجتمع اللبنانی الشیعی لشخصیتین سیاسیتین هما الامین العام لحزب الله السیّد حسن نصر الله ورئیس المجلس اللبنانی ورئیس حرکة امل نبیه بری اللذین عُرفا بانّهما یستخدمان الطرق الاقرب الى انشاء العلاقه مع المخاطبین واقناعهم. نستنتج بعد دراسة خطاب هذین القائدَین السیاسیّین انّ بدایة خطابهما و متنه ونهایته تمتلک عناصر تجدر الدراسة، وتجعلهما ینجحان فی التاثیر على المخاطب و اقناعه، کاستخدام استراتیجیة الاقناع والموثّرات النفسیه لنجاح خطابهم امام المخاطب.

A Pragmatic Approach to Contemporary Political Discourse in Lebanon; Based on the Speech of Two Politicians

Abstract: Art as an aesthetic trend is a means of pleasure to the endpoint audience; however, at the same time it is a way to convince the audience and satisfy them as the artist tries to utilize existing means to internalize goals that are manifested in the work in the mind of the audience.  Therefore, art cannot be limited to visual or abstract music effects, but can be regarded as an artistic effect of every political speech or scientific theory that contains artistic elements. This article aims at analyzing political speech based on verbal techniques. Two Lebanese political figures were chosen among the Lebanese Society: Hezbollah SecretaryGeneral Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and the Speaker of Lebanese Parliament/head of the Amal Movement, Nabih Berri, who are known for using the closest ways to connect with and convince endpoint audience. This way, the introduction, body, and concluding remarks in the speeches of these two leaders contain elements which are worth analyzing aesthetically. The results showed that the introduction, body and conclusion of their speeches have discoursal elements including the use of persuasion strategies and psychological effects that are related to the audience and convinces them, that help the two leaders to influence the audience by their words.
