پدیدارنگاری ادراک و تصورات دبیران متوسطه اول از مفهوم «هویت دینی» دانش‌آموزان (مطالعه دبیران شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهر میناب)

هدف این پژوهش، مطالعۀ ادراک و فهم دبیران متوسطۀ اول شهر میناب از مفهوم «هویت دینی» با استفاده از روش «پدیدارنگاری» است. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل دبیران متوسطۀ اول مشغول به کار (دارای سابقۀ خدمت 15 تا 25 سال) در مقطع متوسطۀ اول شهرستان میناب استان هرمزگان بود. براساس روش «نمونه‌گیری هدفمند»، مشارکت‌کنندگانی انتخاب شدند و فرایند گردآوری داده‌ها ادامه یافت تا در نهایت، براساس الگوی اشباع نظری، 16 تن از معلمان مشغول به فعالیت با استفاده از روش «مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختارمند» مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با روش «آنالیز موضوعی» برای شناسایی دسته‌ها و زمینه‌های اساسی بررسی شد و پس از مشخص شدن رمزهای اصلی و مضامین برجستۀ آنها، افق‌های درونی و بیرونی ترسیم گردید و فضای نتیجۀ پژوهش طراحی شد. در بخش نتیجه‌گیری، با بهره‌گیری از روش «تحلیل» تصورات و تجربه دبیران شاغل مطالعه و مشخص شد. نتایج تحقیق ادراکات دبیران را در چهار مضمون اصلی دسته‌بندی کرده ‌است: «اسوه دینی بودن»‌، «بسترسازی هویتی»‌، «توانایی تعامل و ارتباط مثبت با دیگران»، «توانایی تاثیر گذاشتن بر محیط و ذی‌نفعان»، «ظاهر شدن در نقش‌های چندگانه و رعایت اصول حرفه‌ای» دسته‌بندی کردند.

phenomenography of the perceptions and ideas of junior high school teachers about the concept of religious identity of students (studying the teachers working in minab city)

the aim of this research is to study the perception and understanding of minab’s junior high school teachers of the concept of &religious identity& using the &phenomenography& method. the research population included junior high school teachers (with 15 to 25 years of experience) working in junior high schools in minab city, hormozgan province. using the &purposive sampling& method, participants were selected and the data collection process continued until finally, based on the theoretical saturation model, 16 teachers were studied using a semi-structured interview. the data were examined using thematic analysis. after identifying categories, the main codes and their prominent themes, the internal and external horizons were drawn and the research result space was designed. in the conclusion section, the perceptions and experiences of working teachers were studied and identified using the “analysis” method. the perceptions of teachers were categorized into four main themes: “being a religious role model”, “building an identity”, “the ability to interact and communicate positively with others”, “the ability to influence the environment”, and “appearing in multiple roles while observing professional principles”.
