فرآیند شکل گیری و تحول طلاق بر اساس منابع اسلامی

پژوهش حاضر به منظور کشف فرایند شکل‌گیری و تحول طلاق بر اساس منابع اسلامی انجام شد. این پژوهش شامل ترکیبی از روش‌های کیفی و کمی است که طی چهار مرحله اجرا گردید. برای تدوین فرایند شکل‌گیری و تحول طلاق، از روش «معناشناسی زبانی» استفاده شد و به منظور تحلیل مراحل و شاخص‌های به دست آمده از منابع اسلامی، از روش «تحلیل محتوا» و «قواعد اصول فقه» استفاده گردید. روایی محتوای فرایند شکل‌گیری و تحول طلاق با استفاده از نظر کارشناسان بررسی گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد فرایند شکل‌گیری طلاق بر اساس منابع اسلامی متشکل از شش مرحله (پیش آشفتگی، بروز آشفتگی، آشفتگی، گسستگی و امکان طلاق، آمادگی برای طلاق و امکان بازگشت، و پس از طلاق و امکان بازگشت) است. روایی محتوا برای تمام مراحل و شاخص‌های به دست آمده با اظهار نظر هشت کارشناس تایید گردید.

this research is conducted to discover the process of formation and transformation of divorce based on islamic sources. this research includes a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods that was implemented in four stages. we have used linguistic semantics method to compile the process of formation and transformation of divorce, and used rules of principles of jurisprudence and content analysis methods to analyze the stages and indicators obtained from islamic sources. using the opinion of experts, we have investigated the validity of the content of the process of formation and transformation of divorce. according to the results of this research, the process of divorce formation consists of six stages (pre-confusion, occurrence of confusion, confusion, separation and the possibility of divorce, preparation for divorce and the possibility of return, and after divorce and the possibility of return) based on islamic sources. the validity of the content for all the obtained stages and indicators is confirmed by the opinion of eight experts.
