بررسی رابطه احساس گناه جنسی، افسردگی، احساس تنهایی و جهت‌گیری مذهبی با شدت خودارضایی در دانشجویان مجرد

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه احساس‌ گناه جنسی، افسردگی، احساس تنهایی و جهت‌گیری مذهبی با شدت خودارضایی در دانشجویان مجرد «موسسه آموزش عالی شاندیز» انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع «توصیفی همبستگی» است. جامعه آماری دانشجویان مجرد یکی از موسسات آموزش عالی شهرستان مشهد در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 بودند. از بین این جامعه، نمونه‌ای به حجم 179 تن که دست کم یک بار اقدام به خودارضایی کرده بودند، به روش «نمونه‌گیری در دسترس» انتخاب شد. آزمودنی‌ها پرسشنامه‌های «احساس گناه جنسی» موشر (sgqm)، مقیاس «افسردگی» بک (bdi)، مقیاس «احساس تنهایی هیجانی و اجتماعی بزرگسالان» دیتوماسو و اسپینر (selsa)، پرسشنامه «جهت‌گیری مذهبی» آلپورت (aros) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته «شدت خودارضایی» را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که افسردگی، مذهب بیرونی، و احساس تنهایی با شدت خودارضایی رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنادار و با احساس گناه جنسی با شدت خودارضایی در دانشجویان مجرد دارای رابطه‌ای منفی و معنادار است.

investigating the relationship between sexual guilt, depression, loneliness and religious orientation and the intensity of masturbation in single students

this study tries to investigate the relationship between sexual guilt, depression, loneliness, religious orientation and the intensity of masturbation in single students of shandiz institute of higher education. the research method is descriptive correlational. the statistical population was the unmarried students of one of the higher education institutions of mashhad city in the academic year of 2018-2019. a sample of 179 students who had masturbated at least once were selected from this institute by the available sampling method. subjects were asked to fill out mosher’s sex guilt questionnaire (sgqm), beck’s depression scale (bdi), ditomaso and spiner’s emotional and social loneliness of adults scale (selsa), allport’s religious orientation questionnaire (aros) and researcher-made “intensity of masturbation” questionnaire. the data was analyzed using pearson’s correlation coefficient and simultaneous regression analysis. according to the results of the regression analysis, depression, external religion, and loneliness have a positive and significant relationship with the intensity of masturbation, and sexual guilt has a negative and significant relationship with the intensity of masturbation in single students.
