بررسی چالش‌های سیاست صدور انقلاب در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مطابق با نظریه سیستمی

هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش آن است که دریابد پیگیری سیاست صدور انقلاب به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین رهنمود‌ها و اهداف انقلاب اسلامی ایران، چه آثار و پیامد‌هایی در عرصه‌های داخلی و خارجی برای نظام جمهوری اسلامی داشته است؟روش‌شناسی پژوهش: به منظور پاسخ به پرسش فوق در این پژوهش کیفی از روش مصاحبه‌ی نخبگانی استفاده شده است. سپس برای تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده، روش تحلیل محتوای متن‌محور مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. همچنین در جهت تبیین بهتر دستگاه سیاست خارجی از چهارچوب نظریه‌ی سیستمی در این مطالعه بهره ‌برده شده است.یافته ‌ها: یافته‌ها شامل استخراج چالش‌های سیستم سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سه حوزه ورودی، خروجی و بازخورد است.نتیجه ‌گیری: بر این اساس در مطالعه‌ی صورت گرفته با در نظر گرفتن دستگاه سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی به‌عنوان یک سیستم به این نتیجه می‌رسیم که با تعریف سیاست صدور انقلاب در سیاست خارجی و در نتیجه چنددستگی نیروها، ضعف سازمانی و نیروی انسانی، پیامدهایی چون: بروز تناقض در سیاست‌های کلی نظام، سوءاستفاده از حسن نیت ایران، تنش با همسایگان و قدرت‌های بزرگ و تاخیر در شناسایی دولت جدید انقلابی؛ سیستم سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی را درگیر خود کرد.

examining the challenges of the policy of exporting the revolution for the foreign policy of the islamic republic of iran according to the systemic theory

the strategy of exporting the revolution has been one of the most prominent and central strategies and also axes of the foreign policy since the glorious victory of the revolution until now. this discourse, which is a fundamental to the teachings and messages of the islamic revolution, is also one of the topics that have had many internal and external reactions and reflections in the post-islamic revolution period. the position of this policy in the foreign policy confirms the importance of providing a scientific explanation of the challenges and consequences of applying this policy in iran foreign policy. the main goal of this research is to find out what effects and consequences the pursuit of this policy has had in the internal and external aspects of iranian foreign affairs. in order to answer the above question, in this qualitative research, we interviewed some of the elites who had a prominent position or status related to the subject. in order to explain the iranian foreign policy system better, the system theory framework has been used in this study. ultimately, we come to the conclusion that the issuing of the policy in iran foreign policy has led to the emergence of challenges for this system, in three areas of input, output and feedback.
