بررسی زمینه‌های آموزشی توسعه مدارس بهایی در تاریخ معاصر ایران

هدف: تاسیس و توسعه ده‌ها مدرسه بهایی در مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی از مشخصه‌های تاریخ معاصر ایران است. مدارسی که فارغ از تحلیل سیاسی، نمی‌تواند در آموزش‌وپرورش نوین ایران نادیده گرفته شود. پژوهش حاضر در پی پاسخ به این سوال اساسی است که چه دلایل و زمینه‌های آموزشی در توسعه مدارس بهایی ایران معاصر موثر بوده است؟روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی - تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای انجام ‌شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حکایت از آن دارد که جاذبه‌ها و نوآوری‌های آموزشی از جمله در برنامه‌ریزی‌ آموزشی، فوق‌برنامه‌ها، کادر آموزشی و نیز اداری، رابطه استاد و شاگردی، موفقیت فارغ‌التحصیلان این‌گونه مدارس در آزمون‌های رسمی و نیز در ورود به مراکز تحصیلات عالی داخلی و خارجی، سیاست نظارتی، تحصیل دختران، تحصیل فرزندان چهره‌های شاخص، جاذبه‌های کالبدی- محیطی و نیز برخورداری از تسهیلات آموزشی و شرایط جامعه ایرانی اواخر قاجاریه و اوایل پهلوی، در کنار موج ملی و جهانی در عرصه آموزشی در این امر دخیل بوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: مدارس بهایی ایران معاصر که با انگیزه‌های سیاسی- فرقه‌ای تاسیس شدند- علاوه بر بسترها و زمینه‌های موجود- با استفاده از ابتکارات و نوآوری‌های آموزشی، در استقبال عمومی و در نتیجه رشد و گسترش این نهادهای آموزشی موثر بودند. یافته‌های پژوهش امروزه می‌تواند علاوه بر رمزگشایی از فعالیت‌های این فرقه و نیز رویکرد ابزاری آن و در نتیجه بهره‌برداری در پژوهش‌های سیاسی- تاریخی، جهت پژوهشگران و متخصصان عرصه تعلیم و تربیت مفید باشد.

reasons and educational backgrounds for the establishment and development of baha’i schools with emphasis on the contemporary history of iran

epurpose: the establishment and development of numerous baha’i schools at various levels of education is a feature of contemporary iranian history. schools that, except of political analysis, can not be ignored in modern iranian education. the present study seeks to answer the fundamental question of what reasons and educational backgrounds have been effective in the establishment and development of baha’i schools in contemporary iran?research methodology: this research has been done with a descriptive-analytical approach and using library resources.findings: the research findings indicate that educational attractions and innovations, including in educational planning, extracurriculars, teaching and administrative staff, teacher-student relationship, the success of graduates of such schools in formal exams and in entering domestic and foreign higher education centers, control policy, the education of girls, the education of the children of prominent figures, physical-environmental attractions, in addition the educational facilities and conditions of iranian society in the late qajar and early pahlavi era, along with the national and global movement in the field of education have been involved in this matter.conclusion: the baha’i schools of contemporary iran, which were established with political-sectarian motives - in addition to the existing contexts - by using educational innovations, were effective in public acceptance and as a result, in the growth and expansion of these educational institutions.these days the research findings can be useful for researchers and specialists in the field of education; in addition to deciphering the activities of this sect and its misusing approach.
