تاثیر نهادسازی بر نظم ژئوکالچر منطقه خاورمیانه

هدف: بسیاری از تحلیل ها پیرامون مسائل نهادی، به تحلیل های اقتصادی و سیاسی اختصاص یافته و کمتر نقش مولفه های فرهنگی و جنبش های اجتماعی مورد توجه نهادگرایان قرار گرفته است. با این حال امروزه پدیده های فرهنگی و اجتماعی تاثیر قابل توجهی بر روابط بین الملل دارند. پیاده روی اربعین نیز از این حیث پدیده ای قابل بررسی است. بر این اساس، تحلیل چرایی و چگونگی تاثیرگذاری عناصر نهادی در قوام یک نظم منطقه ای از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در روش‌ شناسی، جامعه آماری و شاخص های پژوهش، با استفاده از روش های کمی مورد مطالعه قرار خواهد گرفت. این مقاله به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی - تحلیلی و به لحاظ نحوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع پیمایشی میدانی است. یافته ها: بر این اساس سوالی که مطرح می شود این است که مولفه های نهادساز راه پیمایی اربعین با تاثیر بر قوام نظم منطقه ای در چارچوب ژئوکالچر شیعه توانسته اند نقش مهمی را در ژئوکالچر شیعه بازی کنند. نتیجه گیری: نهادسازی در سه سطح فروملی (با محوریت تکثر فرهنگی)، فراملی (با محوریت هم گرایی بین‌المللی) و ملی (با محوریت نقش حکومت) سبب قوام نظم ژئوکالچر شیعه در سطح منطقه ای شده است.

objective: many analyzes of institutional issues are devoted to economic and political analyzes, and less attention has been paid to the role of cultural components and social movements by institutionalists. today, however, cultural and social phenomena have a significant impact on international relations. the arba’een pilgrimage is also a phenomenon that can be studied in this regard. accordingly, the analysis of why and how institutional elements affect the consistency of a regional order is of great importance.method: in methodology, the statistical population and research indicators will be studied using quantitative methods. this article is descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose and methodical in terms of method and field survey in terms of data collection.findings: based on this, the question that arises is that the institutional components of the arba’een pilgrimage have been able to play an important role in the shiite geoculture by influencing the consistency and reshaping of the regional order in the framework of the shiite geoculture.conclusion: institutionalization at three levels of transnational (focusing on cultural pluralism), transnational (focusing on international integration) and national (focusing on the role of government) has led to the consolidation of the shiite geocultural order at the regional level.keywords:institutionalization, arba’een pilgrimage, geoculture, regional order, transnational governance.
