تبیین بیانات نوروزی مقام معظم رهبری و ارائه مدل نظری در تحقق اقتصاد دانش بنیان با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی داده ‌بنیاد

هدف: مسئله تولید و اشتغال از جملۀ مهمترین مسائل مورد تاکید مقام معظم رهبری در سال‎های اخیر در ترسیم شعار راهبردی سال است. در همین راستا نیز «تولید؛ دانش‌بنیان، اشتغال‌آفرین» شعار راهبردی بود که توسط ایشان به‌مناسبت آغاز سال 1401، مطرح گردید. در این بین اقتصاد دانش‎بنیان نقشی محوری در بیانات ایشان دارد. لذا این مقاله در صدد است تا ضمن تبیین بیانات مقام معظم رهبری دربارۀ شعار سال، مدل نظری ایشان را دربارۀ اقتصاد دانش بنیان ترسیم نماید. سوال اصلی این پژوهش این است که چه مدل نظری از بیانات نوروزی مقام معظم رهبری دربارۀ اقتصاد دانش بنیان استخراج می شود.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: برای پاسخ به پرسش مذکور از روش تحقیق کیفی داده بنیاد استفاده شده است.یافته‎ها: در مجموع، 20 مقولۀ اصلی از بیانات مقام معظم رهبری دربارۀ اقتصاد دانش بنیان استخراج گردید که در قالب یک مدل نظری متشکل از علل موثر، متغیرهای زمینه‎ای و بازدارنده و پیامدها در تحقق اقتصاد دانش بنیان تبیین گردید.نتیجه‎گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که نقش‎آفرینی مردم، سیاست نظام قرار گرفتن و حمایت های قوای سه‌گانه، از جملۀ مهمترین علل موثر در تحقق اقتصاد دانش بنیان، و ایجاد اشتغال، افزایش بهره‎وری، افزایش تولید، عدالت اقتصادی و امنیت اقتصادی نیز از جملۀ مهمترین نتایج و پیامدهای تحقق اقتصاد دانش بنیان در مدل نظری مستخرج از بیانات مقام معظم رهبری می‎باشد.

explaining the new year’s (2022) statements of the supreme leader and offering a theoretical model in the realization of knowledge-based economy using the qualitative data-based research method.

purpose: the issue of production and employment is one of the most important issues emphasized by the supreme leader in recent years in drawing the strategic slogan of the year. in this regard, &production; &knowledge-based, job-creating& was the strategic slogan that was raised by him on the occasion of the beginning of 1401. meanwhile, knowledge-based economy plays a central role in his statements. therefore, this article intends to explain the supreme leader’s statements about the slogan of the year and draw his theoretical model about the knowledge-based economy. the main question of this research is what theoretical model can be extracted from the supreme leader’s new year statements about the knowledge-based economy.methodology: to answer this question, qualitative data-based research method was used.findings: in total, 20 main categories were extracted from the supreme leader’s statements about the knowledge-based economy, which were explained in the form of a theoretical model consisting of effective causes, contextual and disincentive variables, and consequences in the realization of the knowledge-based economy.conclusion: the results indicated that the people’s role-playing and the support of the three forces, are among the most important factors in realizing the knowledge-based economy, and creating employment, increasing productivity, increasing production, economic justice and security. increasing production, economic justice and economic security are also among the most important results and consequences of realizing the knowledge-based economy in the theoretical model extracted from the statements of the supreme leader.
