نقش رهبری نظام در کارآمدی دیپلماسی عمومی از طریق گفتمان سازی

هدف: دیپلماسی عمومی یکی از ابزارهای موثر نیل به اهداف سیاست خارجی ایران محسوب می‌شود. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش امام خمینی(ره) و مقام معظم رهبری در کارآمدی دیپلماسی عمومی جمهوری اسلامی ایران از طریق گفتمان‌سازی است. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر، به‌صورت توصیفی - تحلیلی به تبیین اندیشه و سیره ی عملی رهبری نظام در شکل دهی و جهت بخشی به گفتمان های انقلاب اسلامی و کاربست آن در دیپلماسی عمومی پرداخته است. یافته‌ها: رهبری نظام با توجه به جایگاه خود در ساختار سیاسی - حقوقی کشور به‌عنوان یک منبع مستقل و بی‌بدیل، نقش موثر و سازنده ای در ایجاد و هویت‌بخشی به ادبیات گفتمانی انقلاب اسلامی در عرصه سیاست خارجی و دیپلماسی عمومی ایران داشته است. چنانچه با بیان اهداف، آرمان ها و مسئولیت های فراملی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به غیریت‌سازی از سایر گفتمان ها در عرصه جهانی تلاش شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: رهبری نظام با تشریح و تبیین گفتمان های انقلاب اسلامی، نقش راهبردی در جهت تامین منافع ملی و مصالح اسلامی داشته است. همچنین با آگاهی بخشی، اعتمادسازی و ارائه تصویر مطلوب، بر گسترش قدرت نرم و عمق استراتژیک جمهوری اسلامی ایران در میان سایر ملت ها و افکار عمومی افزوده شد.

The role of system leadershipin the effectiveness of public diplomacy through discourse

Public diplomacy is one of the effective tools to achieve Iran’s foreign policy goals. The position and role of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader in directing the public opinion of other nations in order to protect the values of Islam and the revolution is of great importance. In this article, in response to the main question, what is the role of the system leadership in the efficiency of public diplomacy through discoursebuilding, to ensure national interests and Islamic interests? The hypothesis was tested that the leadership of the system, given its position as an independent source in the politicallegal structure of the country, the religious authority of the Shiite world and the existing capacities in the discourse literature of the Islamic Revolution, play an important role in activating, strengthening and efficiency of diplomacy. The general public of the Islamic Republic of Iran has had an Islamic awakening and a software movement by explaining the semantic system, by building communication, building trust and awareness, as well as by strengthening the axis of resistance. This is a good opportunity to influence the general and special audiences and to expand the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to present a favorable image as well as to counter the distortions and negative propaganda of the enemies.
