بررسی بیانات نوروزی مقام معظم رهبری بر پایه روش تحلیل محتوا (1399-1395)

هدف: در آغاز هر سال سخنرانی نوروزی رهبر معظم انقلاب از بارزترین فرصت‌هایی است که رویکرد یک‌ساله نظام سیاسی را نسبت به مسائل و موضوعات داخلی و بین‌المللی آشکار می‌سازد. از این‌رو هدف نوشتار حاضر تحلیل محتوای کمی و کیفی سخنرانی‌های نوروزی رهبر معظم انقلاب بین سال‌های 1395- 1399 است تا بر پایه آن بتوان مشکلات اساسی کشور را شناسایی و راهکارهایی برای برطرف کردن آنها ارائه نمود. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: رویکرد ترکیبی تحلیل محتوای کمّی و کیفی است. واحد تحلیل؛ جمله و شیوه انتخاب به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تمام شمار و هدفمند انجام شده است. در مرحله بعد، برای تحلیل داده‌ها، به شیوه گلیزر و استراوس، شماری از جملات و پرکاربردترین واژه‌ها به‌مثابه «واحدهای معنایی» کدگذاری و توصیف گردیده و در نهایت معانی مورد نظر کشف و تفسیر صورت گرفته است. یافته‌ها: در بازه پنج ساله مورد نظر، در کنار سایر مسائل مربوط به حوزه های فرهنگی، سیاسی و سیاست خارجی، محور اصلی مباحث مقام معظم رهبری، همواره مسائل اقتصادی بوده است و معظم له، همواره بر مسائل و مشکلات اقتصادی و راهکارهای برون‌رفت از آنها تاکید کرده‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تکرار و شدت واژگان مربوط به حوزه اقتصاد در بیانات نوروزی مقام معظم رهبری طی سال های 1395- 1399، می توان نتیجه گرفت که مسائل و موضوعات اقتصادی در صدر مشکلات کشور قرار دارد، از این‌رو، توجه به بنیان های اقتصاد داخلی، بومی سازی اقتصاد و هوشمندی اقتصادی از جمله راهکارهای مقابله با تحریم های اقتصادی است که باید در سیاستگذاری‌های بلندمدت و اهداف کلان و راهبردی نظام لحاظ گردد.

Examining the Nowruz Statements of the Supreme Leader Based on the Content Analysis Method (2015-2020)

Main purpose: The purpose of this article is to analyze the quantitative and qualitative content of the Nowruz speeches and speeches of the Supreme Leader of Iran between 20152020 in order to identify the basic problems of the country and provide solutions to solve them. Methodology: The method used in the research is a combined approach of quantitative and qualitative content analysis. Unit of analysis was the sentence and selection method were done by the whole number and purposeful sampling. In the next step, for data analysis, by Glaser and Strauss method, many sentences and the most commonly used words are coded and described as &semantic units& and finally the desired meanings are discovered and interpreted. Findings: The research findings show that in the five years, along with other issues and topics related to cultural, political, and foreign policy areas, the main focus of the Supreme Leader’s discussions (according to the meanings and strategies derived from the speech) at the beginning of each year has always been economic issues. Conclusion: Considering the frequency and intensity of words related to the field of economy in the Supreme Leader’s Nowruz speeches during 20152020, it can be concluded that economic issues are at the forefront of the country’s problems. Therefore, attention to the foundations of the domestic economy, economic localization, and economic intelligence are among the strategies to deal with economic sanctions that should be considered in longterm policies and macro goals of the country
