چارچوب نظریه نخبه گرایی در اندیشه سیاسی شهید مطهری

هدف: نظریات نخبه‌گرایی بر پایه مبانی و اصول فلسفی خاص خود سامان می‌یابند و متناسب با همان مبانی، کنش‌های سیاسی ویژه‌ای را تجویز می‌کنند. این نظریات می‌توانند به عنوان الگوی تحلیلی برای توصیف و تبیین وضع موجود یا تجویز برای وضع مطلوب مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. هدف این مقاله، تبیین چارچوب نظریه نخبه‌گرایی بر مبنای سنت اسلامی در اندیشه سیاسی شهید مطهری است. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این مقاله داده‌های خود را با استفاده از روش مطالعه اسنادی گرداوری نموده و با روش تفسیری اشتراوس، متون مرتبط مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مبانی فلسفه اجتماعی شهید مطهری از قبیل اصالت توامان فرد و جامعه، تکامل اجتماعی جوامع و رابطه فرد و جامعه مبانی اصلی نظریه نخبه‌گرایی ایشان را سامان می‌دهد که با تمرکز بر آن‌ها چارچوب نظریه نخبه‌گرایی در اندیشه سیاسی شهید مطهری طراحی شده و برخی ثمرات تحلیلی آن از جمله الگو اثرگذاری نخبگان سیاسی در تغییر و تحولات اجتماعی بیان می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: در دیدگاه شهید مطهری، نخبگان به عنوان اقلیت اثرگذار اجتماعی و سیاسی، زمانی در ایجاد تغییرات سیاسی موفق ظاهر می‌شوند که علاوه بر داشتن یک دسته ویژگی‌های ذاتی و اکتسابی، کنش خود را بر پایه یک بینش و عقبه هوشمندانه سامان دهند. آنان باید علاوه بر شناخت بستر اجتماعی و فرهنگ جامعه خود، نیاز حقیقی جامعه را شناخته و در چارچوب فلسفه تاریخ و مسیر کلی تکامل اجتماعی، جریان‌ها و جنبش‌های سیاسی را رهبری و راهبری کنند.

The framework of the theory of Elitism in the Political Thought of Shahid Motahari

Objective: Elitist theories are organized on the basis of their own philosophical principles and prescribe specific political actions in accordance with the same principles. These theories can be used as an analytical model to describe and explain the current situation or prescribe the desired situation. The purpose of this article is to explain the framework of the theory of Elitism based on Islamic tradition in the political thought of Shahid Motahari. Research Methodology: This article has collected its data using Documentary Study Method and related texts have been analyzed by Strauss Interpretive Method. Findings: The research findings show that the foundations of Shahid Motahari’s social philosophy such as the originality of the individual and society, the social development of societies and the relationship between the individual and society are the main foundations of his Elitist theory. And some of its analytical fruits are expressed, including the pattern of the influence of political elites in social change and transformation. Conclusion: In Shahid Motahari’s view, elites, as an influential social and political minority, appear successful in creating political change when, in addition to having a set of inherent and acquired characteristics, they organize their actions on the basis of an intelligent vision and obstacle. In addition to understanding the social context and culture of their society, they must recognize the real needs of society and lead and direct political currents and movements within the framework of the philosophy of history and the general path of social development.
