مشروعیت حکومت ولایت فقیه از دیدگاه آیت الله مهدوی کنی(ره)

هدف: بحث پیرامون عناصر موثر در مشروعیت حکومت ولایت فقیه، پس از انقلاب اسلامی بیش از پیش در جامعه علمی کشور مطرح شد. اندیشمندان بیشتر بر روی دیدگاه مرحوم امام خمینی(ره) در این زمینه پژوهش کردند و کمتر به تحقیق در باب دیدگاه سایر افراد صاحب‌نظر در این حوزه، همچون آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی، پرداختند. بنابراین هدف نویسندگان از انجام این پژوهش، یافتن پاسخ این سوال است که عناصر موثر در مشروعیت حکومت ولایت فقیه از منظر آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی، چیست؟روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در راستای پاسخ به سوال نگاشته، از روش تحلیل محتوا و رجوع به منابع کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که آیت الله مهدوی کنی، مشروعیت حکومت فقیه عادل دارای تدبیر و بینش رهبری را در گرو دو عامل می‌دانستند؛ انتصاب الهی در مرحله ولایت بالقوه و نصرت مردمی در مرحله ولایت بالفعل.نتیجه‌گیری: نظر آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی در باب مشروعیت حکومت ولایت فقیه، به‌طور کامل ذیل هیچ ‌یک از سه نظریه انتصابی محض، انتخابی محض و انتصابی انتخابی (به معنای مرسوم آن) قرار نمی‌گیرد بلکه ایشان جایگاه مردم را در این مشروعیت‌بخشی، نه جایگاه انتخاب که نصرت می‌دانند.
