صورتبندی مفاهیم مطرح در بیانیه گام دوم جهت تحقق نظم نوین جهانی

هدف: نظم نوین جهانی پس از فروپاشی شوروی در پی تحقق جهانی تک قطبی، با هدف تسلط ارزش ها و هنجارهای آمریکایی بر نظام بین الملل است، این اندیشه با مبانی بسیاری از جریان های فکریِ رقیب تعارض داشت. دغدغه این مقاله پرسش از صورت بندی مفهومی نظم مطلوب نظام بین الملل بر اساس مفاهیم موجود در بیانیه گام دوم می باشد.روش شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش در این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی و متمرکز بر بیانات آیت الله خامنه ای به‌ویژه بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب و از نوع اسنادی است.یافته‌ها: یافته های مقاله نشان می دهد مفاهیمی نظیر ضرورت مرزبندی با دشمن، ارائه شعارهای انسانی و فطری و دوگانگی استکبار و اسلام نشان دهنده آن است که جمهوری اسلامی ایران، ضمن مخالفت با نظامات حاکم در روابط بین المللی به دنبال تحقق نظمی نوین در جهان می باشد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به پژوهش انجام گرفته، انقلاب اسلامی ایران یکی از مهم ترین کشورهای مخالف نظم نوین جهانی محسوب می گردد که جهت‌گیری های سیاست خارجی آن در چهل سال اول انقلاب نشانگر این مخالفت با وضع موجود است. از سویی، رهبر انقلاب در بیانیه گام دوم به تبیین چشم انداز چهل سال دوم جمهوری اسلامی پرداخته است که طرح برخی مسائل نظیر ابتنای انقلاب ایران بر تمدن و ارزش های دینی، تاکید بر عدم جدایی دین از سیاست، تاکید بر ناکامی سردمداران گمراهی و ستم چپ و راست مدرنیته، نشانگر انتقاد به هنجارهای حاکم بر نظام بین الملل می‌باشد.
