راهبرد جمهوری اسلامی ایران در نظام بین الملل چند قطبی: مطالعه موردی گروه بریکس

هدف: جمهوری اسلامی ایران می تواند با استفاده از فرصت ساختاری تضعیف هژمون و با توجه به درگیری آمریکا در غرب آسیا و مشکلات متعدد داخلی و خارجی از یک‌سو و از سوی دیگر به‌سبب ناکامی در حل منازعه اسرائیلی فلسطینی و با پشت گرمی عضویت در بریکس می تواند به‌دنبال تقویت نقش رهبری مشروع خود در معادلات منطقه غرب آسیا برآید و به نوعی نفوذ مثبت خود در منطقه غرب آسیا را نهادینه کند.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش تحلیلی توصیفی و ابزار گردآوری داده ها نیز کتابخانه ای است.یافته‌ها: با توجه به شرایط کنونی نظام بین‌الملل، این نوشتار در صدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که مهم ترین عامل تاثیرگذار بر تصمیم ایران مبنی بر عضویت احتمالی در بریکس و اهداف ایران در عضویت در این گروه چه می‌باشد؟ مهمترین یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که ایران تحت تاثیر و با استفاده از شرایط ایجاد شده در ساختار نظام بین‌الملل (تضعیف هژمونی جهانی آمریکا و ایجاد فرصتی ساختاری)، با اتخاذ سیاست متناسب با عضویت در این گروه به‌دنبال مقابله با هژمونی گرایی آمریکا در سطح جهانی و در نتیجه تضمین امنیت ملی خود می‌باشد و مفهوم هژمونی و نظریه‌های ساختاری بهتر می‌توانند این رفتار را تبیین نمایند.نتیجه‌گیری: 1 ایران می‌تواند با حضور چین و روسیه بزرگ‌ ترین معضل خود یعنی تخاصم با آمریکا را تا اندازه‌ای حل کند، به این معنا که به مخالفت با سلطه گری آمریکا ادامه دهد. بدون این‌که در نظام بین‌الملل منزوی شود. 2 همچنین ایران می تواند با پشتیوانه جدید امنیتی اقتصادی که به سبب عضویت در بریکس کسب می‌کند، به تقویت قدرت خود در غرب آسیا هم‌زمان با تضعیف هژمونی آمریکا در منطقه اقدام کند.

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s Strategy in the Multipolar International System:Case Study of Brix Group

Signs of the collapse of the monopolar system have been revealed. Given the current state of the international system, this paper seeks to answer the question, what is the most important factor affecting Iran’s decision on possible membership in the BRICS and what is the purpose of Iran in membership in this group? The descriptiveanalytic method and the data collection tool are also libraries. The most important findings of the research indicate that Iran is influenced by the conditions created in the structure of the international system (weakening the global US hegemony and creating a structural opportunity) by adopting a policy appropriate to membership in this group seeking to cope with hegemony Americanism is global in the world and, as a result, is a guarantee of national security, and the concept of hegemony and structural theories can better explain this behavior. In addition, membership in BRICS may provide areas for increasing regional power in West Asia.
