بررسی دوره‌های تعالی و توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه جامع علوم انتظامی امین

زمینه و هدف: شناسایی چالش‌ها و راه‌کارهای تدوین و پیاده‌سازی توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت علمی در برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی کمک شایان توجهی به مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان خواهد کرد. این پژوهش به تحلیل دوره‌های تعالی و توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه جامع علوم انتظامی امین پرداخته است.روش: رویکرد و پارادایم زیربنایی پژوهش کیفی و از منظر هدف، کاربردی است. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل 17 نفر از روسا و مسئولان هیئت علمی دانشگاه، مدرسان و شرکت‌کنندگان این دوره‌ها هستند که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند و با ابزار مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند تا اشباع نظری انجام شد. اعتبار یافته‌ها با چهار اصل گوبا و لینکلن (1989) یعنی باورپذیری، قابلیت اطمینان، تاییدپذیری و انتقال‌پذیری صورت گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی (تجربی) و با تکنیک هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار atlas.t انجام شد.یافته‌ها: طبق یافته‌ها، 144 تم پایه استخراج که در قالب 7 مقوله محوری با عناوین حوزه فراگیران، حوزه برنامه‌ریزی و طرح‌ریزی آموزشی، حوزه محتوا، حوزه مدرسان دوره‌ها، حوزه کلاس و جوّ حاکم بر آن، حوزه ارزش‌یابی، حوزه زمان و امکانات دسته‌بندی شده‌اند. عمده راه‌کارهای مشارکت‌کنندگان برای بهبود کیفیت دوره‌ها در قالب 4 راه‌کار اصلی یعنی بهبود خط‌مشی‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی دوره‌ها، اصلاح محتوا، بهبود امور اجرایی (مدرسین، کلاس‌ها، زمان و امکانات) و بهبود ارزش‌یابی دوره‌ها تقسیم شد.نتایج: یافته‌های حاضر به سیاست‌گذاران کمک می‌کند تا عوامل موثر بر توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت علمی را بهتر درک کنند و از طریق مشارکت دادن اعضای هئیت علمی و به‌کارگیری راه‌کارهای ارائه‌شده باعث بالابردن کیفیت این دوره‌ها شوند.

examining the courses of excellence and empowerment faculty members of the amin comprehensive police university

background and objectives: identifying challenges and solutions for developing and implementing the empowerment of faculty members in educational planning will help managers and planners. in this regard, this research addresses the analysis of excellence courses and empowerment of faculty members of amin comprehensive police university.method: the approach and underlying paradigm of the research is qualitative and in terms of purpose, this study is of an applied research type. the participants include 17 heads and officials of the university’s faculty members, lecturers and participants of these courses that were selected using a purposeful sampling method and semi-structured interview tools until theoretical saturation. the validity of the findings was confirmed using the four principles of guba and lincoln (1989), namely believability, reliability, verifiability, and transferability. data analysis was done using the descriptive (experimental) phenomenology method and the seven-step claysey technique and the atlas.t software.findings: according to the findings, 144 basic themes were extracted, which were categorized in the form of 7 core categories with the titles of learners’ domain, educational planning and design domain, content domain, course instructors’ domain, classroom domain and its prevailing atmosphere, evaluation domain, time and facilities domain. the main solutions of the participants to improve the quality of the courses were divided into 4 main solutions, i.e. improving the policy and planning of the courses, improving the content, improving the executive affairs (teachers, classes, time and facilities), and improving the evaluation of the courses.results: the present findings help the policy makers to better understand the factors affecting the empowerment of the faculty members and increase the quality of these courses through the participation of the faculty members and the application of the presented solutions.
