طراحی مدل عوامل موثر بر بهره‌وری نیروی‌انسانی در دفاع مقدس

زمینه و هدف: نیروی‌انسانی به‌عنوان با ارزش‌ترین‌ سرمایه هر سازمانی محسوب می‌شود و بهره‌وری نیروی‌انسانی به‌عنوان یکی از اصلی‌ترین ‌ابزار دست‌یابی به اهداف است. هدف این پژوهش طراحی مدل عوامل موثر بر بهره‌وری نیروی ‌انسانی در دفاع مقدس است.روش: این پژوهش از نوع آمیخته است و روش آن از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای و از نظر شیوه اجراء، کیفی-کمی است. حجم جامعه آماری برای بخش کیفی 20 نفر و برای بخش کمی 85 نفر است و برای محاسبه حجم نمونه از جدول نمونه‌گیری مورگان استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش از ابزارهای مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه استفاده شده است. برای تحلیل بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون و هم‌چنین برای بیان میزان اثرگذاری هر یک از عوامل از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس استفاده شد و نهایتاً با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل اقدام به طراحی مدل شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از شناسایی عواملی از قبیل عوامل فردی و شخصیتی، عوامل مدیریتی و فرماندهی، عوامل دانشی و مهارتی، عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی و سایر عوامل تاثیرگذار است.نتایج: بهره‌وری نیروی‌انسانی در دفاع مقدس تحت تاثیر عوامل متعددی است و هر عامل به میزان مشخصی بر بهره‌وری نیروی‌انسانی تاثیر داشته است.

designing a model of effective factors on manpower productivity in holy defense

background and objectives: manpower is considered the most valuable capital of any organization and manpower productivity is one of the main tools to achieve goals. the purpose of this research is to design a model of factors affecting the productivity of manpower in holy defense.method: this study is of a mixed-method research type and its method is developmental in terms of its objectives and qualitative-quantitative in terms of implementation. the statistical population included 20 people for the qualitative phase and 85 people for the quantitative phase, and morgan's sampling table was used to calculate the sample size. interviews and questionnaires were used in this research. to analyze the qualitative phase, the theme analysis method was employed and spss software was used to express the effect of each factor, and finally, the model was designed using liserel software.findings: the research findings indicate the identification of factors such as individual and personality factors, management and command factors, knowledge and skill factors, social and cultural factors and other influential factors.results: the productivity of manpower in holy defense is influenced by many factors and each factor has a certain effect on the productivity of manpower.
