شاخص ترکیبی امنیت جیره غذایی لجستیکی مبتنی بر آموزه‌های اسلامی و سیاست‌های کلی اقتصاد مقاومتی

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به آموزه‌های متعدد اسلامی معطوف به جایگاه معاش در حیات انسان و سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی و با عنایت به اهمیت امنیت جیره غذایی لجستیکی، پایش وضعیت امنیت غذایی در قالب تدوین شاخص ترکیبی از اهمیت وافری برخوردار است. روش: در این پژوهش ابتدا به شکل اسنادی به مطالعه مولفه‌های اصلی اسلامی و اقتصاد مقاومتی پرداخته و سپس در قالب پرسش‌نامه نخبگانی از 10 عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه جهت دست‌یابی به الگوی مفهومی و اختصاص وزن به هر مولفه و تعیین درجه اهمیت شاخص‌ها و زیرشاخص‌ها نظرخواهی انجام می‌شود. نهایتاً، به تدوین شاخص ترکیبی مبتنی بر روش‌شناسی oecd جهت پایش متغیرها و برنامه‌ریزی برای تقویت استحکام و آسیب‌ناپذیری اقتصاد در راستای پیش‌گیری از سلطه بیگانگان پرداخته می‌شود. یافته‌ها: شاخص اصلی کرامت انسانی با وزن 0.396 بیش‌ترین اهمیت و حیات طیبه با وزن 0.298 رتبه دوم، عزت و اقتدار ملی با وزن 0.190 رتبه سوم و آرامش و ایمنی با وزن 0.116 کم‌ترین اهمیت را داشته است. نتایج: با توجه به اهمیت بالای کرامت انسانی در شاخص امنیت غذایی،‌ توجه به متغیر کلیدی آن یعنی عدالت اقتصادی بسیار مهم است. هم‌چنین برای دست‌یابی به حیات طیبه، حرکت به سمت استقلال اقتصادی در سایه خودکفایی در تولید کالاهای اساسی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است.

the combined index of logistics food ration security based on islamic teachings and the general policies of resistance economy

background and objective: considering the numerous islamic teachings on the place of livelihood in human life and resistance economy policies, and considering the importance of logistical food ration security, monitoring the food security situation in the form of compiling a composite index is extremely important. method: in this research, the main components of islamic and resistance economy were first studied in the form of documents, and then, in the form of an elite questionnaire, 10 university faculty members were asked to obtain a conceptual model and assign weight to each component, and to determine the degree of importance of indicators and sub-indices. will be finally, the development of a composite index based on the oecd methodology for monitoring variables and planning to strengthen the strength and invulnerability of the economy in order to prevent foreign domination is discussed. findings: the main index of human dignity with a weight of 0.396 was the most important, ِdecent life with a weight of 0.298 ranked second, national dignity and authority with a weight of 0.190 ranked third, and peace and safety with a weight of 0.116 was the least important. results: considering the high importance of human dignity in the food security index, it is very important to pay attention to its key variable, that is, economic justice. also, in order to achieve a good life, it is inevitable to move towards economic independence in the shadow of self-sufficiency in the production of basic goods.
