تاثیر یکپارچگی تامین‌کننده سبز بر عملکرد زیست‌محیطی با تاکید بر نقش میانجی تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین و تعدیل‌گری ترکیب دانش

زمینه و هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر یکپارچگی تامین‌کننده سبز بر عملکرد زیست‌محیطی با توجه به نقش میانجی تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین و تعدیل‌گر ترکیب دانش است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر روش و ماهیت، توصیفی از نوع هم‌بستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران، کارشناسان و مسئولان درگیر در زنجیره تامین شرکت ایران خودرو به تعداد 850 نفر است و 200 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین و عملکرد زیست‌محیطی، تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین و ترکیب دانش است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه‌شده برای پرسش‌نامه‌ها به‌ترتیب 0.739، 0.733، 0.757 و 0.745 و نشان‌دهنده پایایی بالای ابزار است. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس نسخه 3 انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که یکپارچگی تامین‌کننده سبز به‌طور مستقیم با بار عاملی 0.378 و از طریق تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین نیز با بار عاملی 0.128 تاثیر معنی‌داری بر عملکرد زیست‌محیطی شرکت دارد. ولی ترکیب دانش، تاثیر یکپارچگی تامین‌کننده سبز بر عملکرد زیست‌محیطی را تعدیل‌گری نمی‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که شرکت ایران خودرو برای ارتقای عملکرد محیطی خود باید روی یکپارچه‌سازی تامین‌کننده سبز و تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین تمرکز کند.

the effect of green supplier integration on environmental performance with an emphasis on the mediating role of supply chain resilience and the moderating role of knowledge integration

background and aim: the issue of the environment has led businesses to green supply chain management in order to improve their environmental performance. the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of green supplier integration on environmental performance, considering the role of mediator of supply chain resilience and moderator of knowledge synthesis.method: the current research was a description of correlation type from the point of view of practical purpose and from the point of view of method and nature. the statistical population of this research was the managers, experts and officials involved in the supply chain of iran khodro company in the number of 850 people, according to the method, sample size is 5 times the number of questions in the questionnaire, 200 people as a sample. the data collection tools were the standard questionnaires of zhang et al. (2020), cheng and lu (2017) and shu et al. (2012). cronbach’s alpha coefficient calculated for the questionnaires was 0.739, which indicated the high reliability.findings: data analysis was done through smartpls3 software. the findings indicated that the integrity of the green supplier has a significant effect on the company’s environmental performance directly with a factor load of 0.378 and through the resilience of the supply chain with a factor load of 0.128. but the combination of knowledge does not moderate the effect of green supplier integration on environmental performance.conclusion: iran khodro company should focus on green supplier integration and supply chain resilience to improve its environmental performance.
