تحلیل محتوای پژوهش‌های حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی ناجا

زمینه و هدف: در این مقاله، پژوهش‌های چهار نشریه حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی ناجا از حیث روش‌شناسی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. این پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مطالعه اسنادی است.روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، تمامی مقاله‌های فصل‌نامه های توسعه مدیریت و پشتیبانی ناجا، نظارت و بازرسی، مدیریت منابع در نیروی انتظامی و منابع انسانی ناجا است که بین دوره‌های 1393 تا 1399 انجام گرفته‌اند. در این پژوهش، همه عناصر جامعه، به‌صورت سرشماری بررسی شده‌اند. تعداد 739 مقاله از دید 9 چهارچوب فکری، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان دادند که بیش‌ترین مقاله‌ها، توسط اساتید و دانشجویان با مدرک مدیریت دولتی، چاپ شده‌اند و به لحاظ وابستگی نویسنده مسئول، به ترتیب دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، بیش‌ترین مقاله‌ها را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. موضوع محوری بیش‌تر مقاله‌ها، ارزیابی عملکرد، توانمندسازی کارکنان و مدیریت اسلامی بوده است.نتایج: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، بیش‌تر پژوهش‌ها به‌صورت توصیفیکاربردی و دارای رویکرد کمی بوده‌اند. روش تحلیل بیش‌تر مقاله‌های مورد بررسی، معادله‌های ساختاری و سپس هم‌بستگی و روش گرده‌آوری داده‌ها بیش‌تر از طریق پرسش‌نامه بوده است.

Content Analysis of Iran Police Human Resources Management Research

Background and objective: In this article, the researches of four publications in the field of Iran Police human resource management were examined in terms of methodology. This research is applied in terms of purpose and the data collection tool is a documentary study.Method: The statistical population of this research is all the articles in Iran Police Management and Support Development Quarterly, Supervision and Inspection, Iran Police Resource Management and Human Resources Management, which were conducted between 2014 and 2016. In this study, all elements of society have been studied by census. 739 articles were examined from the perspective of 9 intellectual frameworks.Findings: The results showed that most of the articles were published by professors and students with public administration degrees and in terms of affiliation of the responsible author, Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences and Islamic Azad University had the most articles, respectively. The central theme of most of the articles was performance appraisal, staff empowerment and Islamic management.Results: Based on the research results, most of the researches have been descriptiveapplied and have a quantitative approach. The method of further analysis of the studied articles was structural equations and then correlation and the method of data collection was more through questionnaires
