تبیین مولفه‌های اساسی ساختار خانه‌های عرفی اردبیل در اواخر دوره قاجار و اوایل پهلوی

خانه به‌عنوان یک واحد فرهنگی - اجتماعی محصول برهم‌کنش الگوهای مسکن و سکونت انسان است که در قالب الگوهای رفتاری (شیوه زندگی) و الگوهای فضایی - کالبدی نمود می‌یابد. تحقیق حاضر در جستجوی چگونگی نمودپذیری الگوهای مذکور در ساختار خانه‌های عرفی است. از همین رو، 15 خانه مربوط به طبقه متوسط و مردم عادی شهر اردبیل که از دوران اواخر قاجار و اوایل پهلوی به‌جای مانده‌اند، به‌عنوان نمونه‌های موردی انتخاب و با مراجعه به آن‌ها و انجام مصاحبه با ساکنین آن‌ها، سعی در بررسی موارد موردنظر شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدلی جهت معرفی عوامل موثر در شکل‌گیری ساختار خانه‌های عرفی یا مردمی و تبیین ابعاد و ارتباطات میان مفاهیم و مولفه‌های دخیل در ساختار این خانه‌ها تعریف شده است. روش تحقیق حاضر کیفی و روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، استدلال استقرایی و تحلیل تفسیری است. فرایند تحقیق در سه مرحله انجام شده است: در مرحله نخست، مبانی نظری تحقیق گردآوری و از آن چهارچوب نظری استخراج گردید. در چهارچوب نظری به نقش کلیدی عامل »انتخاب « به‌عنوان عامل انتقال مفاهیم از امکانات و قابلیت‌های محیط به معانی و الگوها تاکید شده است. در مرحله دوم به‌منظور سنجش چهارچوب نظری به‌دست‌آمده، تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس تحلیل الگوهای فضایی‌ - ‌کالبدی و نیز الگوهای رفتارهای جاری در سه سطح کلان، میانی و خرد خانه‌ها انجام و سپس مسیر شکل‌گیری ساختار خانه‌ها بر مبنای چهارچوب نظری ترسیم و عوامل زمینه‌ای موثر بر آن استخراج شد. در مرحله سوم مدل نهایی تحقیق، بر اساس داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده، ترسیم گردید. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق فرهنگ، جامعه، اقلیم و اقتصاد چهار عامل زمینه‌ای موثر در شکل‌گیری ساختار خانه‌های اردبیل به شمار می‌روند. همچنین عامل »انتخاب « موجب تولید معانی مرتبط با مسکن و سکونت، ازجمله عوامل زمینه‌ای شده است که از برهم‌کنش معانی، مولفه‌های فضایی - کالبدی اساسی ساختار خانه‌های عرفی اردبیل یعنی »انعطاف‌پذیری کالبدی و عملکردی «، »ملاحظات اقلیمی در خانه‌ها «، »شباهت ساختاری خانه‌ها « و »عدم تشخص و تمایز خانه‌ها « نمود یافته است.

explaining the basic components of the structure of vernacular houses case study: ardebil vernacular houses

the house as a culturalsocial unit is the product of the interaction of housing and human habitation patterns, which is expressed in the form of behavioral patterns (lifestyle) and physicalspatial patterns. this research seeks to explore how these patterns are embedded in the structure of vernacular houses. therefore, 15 houses belonging to the middle class and ordinary people of ardebil city, left from the late qajar and early pahlavi eras, were selected as case studies. then, by referring to them and interviewing their residents, the cases were investigated. the purpose of this study is to present a model for introducing the effective factors in shaping the structure of vernacular houses and explaining the dimensions and relationships between the concepts and components involved in the structure of these houses. the research method is qualitative, and the method of data analysis is inductive reasoning and interpretive analysis. the research was carried out in three stages: first, theoretical studies were collected, and the theoretical framework of research was extracted. in the theoretical framework, the key role of the selection factor has been emphasized as the agent of transferring concepts from the environmental capacities into meanings and patterns. in the second step, to test the theoretical framework, data analysis was performed based on the analysis of physicalspatial patterns as well as patterns of current behavior at three macro, mid and micro levels. then the process of formation of the structure of the houses was drawn based on the theoretical framework, and the underlying factors were extracted. in the third stage, the final research model was developed based on the obtained data. according to the results, culture, society, climate, and economy are the four factors that impact the formation of the structure of ardebil vernacular houses. moreover, the factor of choice has produced meanings related to housing and residence, including contextual factors. from the interaction of meanings, the basic spatialphysical components of ardebil vernacular houses rsquo; structure, namely ldquo;physical and functional flexibility rdquo;, ldquo;climatic considerations in the houses rdquo;, ldquo;structural similarity of houses rdquo; and ldquo;lack of identification and variation of houses rdquo; are revealed.
