شناسائی مهارت‌های روان‌شناختی پلیس در ماموریت‌های سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: پلیس‌های تخصصی فرماندهی انتظامی غرب تهران)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسانی مهارتهای روانشناختی پلیس در ماموریتهای سازمانی صورت گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی از نظر ماهیت در زمره تحقیقات تحلیلی و روش تحقیق آن کیفی از نوع تحلیل مضمون بوده و ابزار گردآوری داده ها مصاحبه عمیق و مراجعه به اسناد و مدارک بوده است. روش نمونه گیری نیز روش هدفمند بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل نخبگان علمی و عملیاتی فرماندهی انتظامی غرب استان تهران میباشد و حجم نمونه شامل ١٤ نفر از نخبگان به دلیل رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده و تحلیلهای صورت گرفته از کدگذاریهای باز و محوری و گزینشی میتوان گفت مهارتهای روان شناختی کارکنان پلیس از پنجاه مضمون فراگیر تشکیل شده است که عبارتند :از از مهارت ارتباط موثر با 12 ،مورد مهارت مدیریت هیجان با 8 ،مورد مهارت مقابله با استرس با 5 ،مورد مهارت حل مسئله با 5 ،مورد مهارت تصمیم گیری با 5 مورد مهارت جرات ورزی با ٤ ،مورد مهارت تفکر خلاقانه با ٤ مورد مهارت همدلی با 2 ،مورد مهارت حل تعارض با 2 ،مورد مهارت تفکر نقادانه با 2 مورد و مهارت خودآگاهی با 1 مورد. نتایج حاصله از تحقیق حاضر بیان میدارد که مهارتهای روانشناختی کارکنان پلیس در ماموریتهای سازمانی عبارتند از مهارت ارتباط موثر، مهارت ،همدلی مهارت مقابله با استرس مهارت مدیریت هیجان مهارت حل ،مسئله مهارت تصمیم گیری مهارت جرات ورزی مهارت تفکر نقادانه مهارت تفکر خلاقانه مهارت خودآگاهی و مهارت حل تعارض

identifying the psychological skills of the police in organizational missions (case study: specialized policemen of west tehran police command)

the current research tries to identify the psychologicalskills of the police in organizational missions. thisresearch is practical in terms of its purpose، in terms ofits nature، it is among analytical research and its researchmethod is a qualitative type of thematic analysis. thedata collection tool was in-depth interview and referenceto documents. and the sampling method was a targetedmethod.the statistical population in this researchincludes the scientific and operational elites of the westof tehran province، and the sample size was 14 peoplefrom the scientific and operational elites of the west oftehran province (due to reaching theoretical saturation).according to the results obtained and the analyzesmade from open، axial and selective coding، it canbe said that the psychological skills of police officersconsist of fifty inclusive themes، which include:effective communication skills with 12 items. ، emotionmanagement skill with 8 items، stress coping skill with5 items، problem solving skill with 5 items، decisionmaking skill with 5 items، daring skill with 4 items،creative thinking skill with 4 items، empathy skill with 2items item، conflict resolution skill with 2 items، criticalthinking skill with 2 items and self-awareness skill with1 item.conclusion: based on the investigations، the resultsof this research show that the psychological skills ofpolice officers in organizational missions are: effectivecommunication skills، empathy skills، stress copingskills، and excitement management skills, problem-solving skills، decision-making skills، daring skills، critical thinking skills، creative thinking skills، self-awareness skills and conflict resolution skills.
