چالش‌های کوپ در بکارگیری کارکنان دارای سطح سلامت با تاکید بر خدمات انتظامی (مورد مطالعه: فرماندهی انتظامی استان البرز)

چکیدهزمینه و هدف: اجرای صحیح ماموریت‌های سازمانی پلیس مبتنی است بر بکارگیری نیروهای توانا و کارآمد در رده‌های اجرای بخصوص کوپ‌های کشور و از طرفی وجود حدود 13 درصد نیروهای دارای سطح سلامت در این رده تاثیرگذار که فاقد کارایی هستند، لزوم چاره اندیشی در این رابطه را حائز اهمیت می‌نماید. آمارها نشان می‌دهد روند کارکنان دارای سطح سلامت در برخی از استان‌ها از میانگین کشوری بیشتر است، بنابراین پژوهش حاضر می‌کوشد به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که چالش‌های کوپ در بکارگیری کارکنان دارای سطح سلامت با تاکید بر خدمات انتظامی کدامند؟روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها، کیفی در قالب پارادایم تفسیری و از نوع اکتشافی است، جامعه پژوهش، متخصصان و کارشناسان حوزه پلیس پیشگیری فرماندهی انتظامی استان‌ البرز و پلیس پیشگیری فراجا به تعداد 16 نفر می‌باشد، که بصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند، داده‌ها با ابزار مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل تماتیک استفاده گردید، برای اعتبارسنجی مدل پژوهش از دو راهبرد بازبینی خارجی و تکثرگرایی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: کدهای فرعی و اصلی حاصل از مصاحبه‌های انجام شده با خبرگان بیانگر این است که در مجموع برای دلایل اخذ سطح سلامتی یک بعد و دو مولفه و در چالش‌های کوپ در بکارگیری کارکنان دارای سطح سلامت دو بعد که عبارتند از تضعیف عملکرد کوپ و تنش و سختی در ماموریت کوپ شناسایی وطبقه‌بندی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان دهنده این است که برخی از کارکنان به دلایل سازمانی و فردی در طول خدمت به دنبال اخذ سطح سلامت و استفاده از مزایای آن هستند، وجود کارکنان دارای سطح سلامت در کوپ بر اجرای بهینه ماموریت این رده تاثیرگذار که بیشترین تماس چهره به چهره را با مردم دارد اثر منفی گذاشته و توان رزم کوپ را تضعیف می‌نماید

coop’s challenges in employing employees with a healthy level with emphasis on law enforcement services (case study: alborz province law enforcement command)

abstractcontext and purpose: the proper implementation of organizational missions of the police is based on the use of capable and efficient forces in the implementation ranks, especially it is important. statistics show that the trend of employees with a healthy level in some provinces is higher than the national average, so the current research tries to what are the challenges of kop in employing employees with a healthy level with an emphasis on law enforcement services?method: the present research is applied in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data, in the form of an interpretive and exploratory paradigm, the research community is 16 people, specialists and experts in the field of prevention police of alborz police command and faraja prevention police. they were selected purposefully, data was collected with semi-structured interview tool and thematic analysis was used to analyze the data, two strategies of external review and pluralism were used to validate the research model.findings: the main and sub-codes from the interviews conducted with experts indicate that, in total, for the reasons of getting the health level, one dimension and two components and in the challenges of the coop in employing employees with a two-dimensional health level, which include the weakening of the coop’s performance and tension and they were identified and classified with difficulty in the koop mission.conclusion: the results of the research show that some employees for organizational and individual reasons seek to obtain a health level during their service and use its benefits, the existence of employees with a health level in the coop has an impact on the optimal implementation of the mission of this category, which is the most face-to-face contact with people has a negative effect and weakens the combat power of coop
