مرور نظام مند پژوهش های ارتقای انگیزه کارکنان پلیس به روش فراترکیب

زمینه و هدف: انگیزه شغلی همواره به عنوان یکی از موثرترین عوامل بر افزایش بهره وری سازمان ها مورد توجه قرار می گیرد . هدف پژوهش حاضر مرور نظام‌مند پژوهش‌های ارتقای انگیزه کارکنان پلیس با روش فراترکیب است.روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است؛ از لحاظ روش تحقیقات ، کیفی است؛ از منظر روش جمع آوری اطلاعات در زمرۀ پژوهش های اسنادی است .قلمروی مطالعه شامل تمامی مقالات انگیزه در سطح نیروهای مسلح در بازه زمانی 1392 تا 1402 و کل مقالات خارجی انگیزه کارکنان پلیس از سال 2013 تا تاریخ 2023 می باشد و در آن از روش فراترکیب و مرور سیستماتیک یا نظام‌مند استفاده شده است. بدلیل محدودیت زمان و حجم انبوه مطالعات ، فقط مقاله‌های مناسب در این خصوص رصد و ابتدا و با جست‌وجوهای انجام‌شده در 4 پایگاه داده داخلی و 4 پایگاه داده خارجی ، تعداد91 پژوهش در خصوص انگیزه در کارکنان پلیس یافت شد که 56 مورد آن‌ها به دلیل نقص ، حذف ودر کل، 35 پژوهش انتخاب شد. یافته‌ها: یافته ها نشان داد که ارتقای انگیزه کارکنان پلیس،3 بعد، 17 مولفه و93 شاخص داشت. بعد فردی دارای شش مولفه احساس مثبت به شغل، تجربیات کاری،انگیزه شغلی،تاب آوری،اعتماد و خود مختاری ، بعد سازمانی دارای نه مولفه جو سازمانی ،ویژگی‌های شغل، عدالت سازمانی ، فرهنگ سازمانی ،ارتباطات کاری،مهارت‌های رهبری،پشتیبانی مدیریت ،سیستم پاداش و امنیت شغلی و بعد محیطی دارای 2 مولفه فرصت های شغلی خارج از سازمان و محیط اجتماعی بود.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان بیان داشت که ارتقای بهره‌وری سازمان ،افزایش سطح کیفی خدمات کارکنان، فراهم بودن بستر مناسب برای خلاقیت و توانمند سازی آنها ، کاهش ترک خدمت کارمندان و دید مثبت به مشکلات و موانع در راستای بهبود کارها و ارایه خدمات مفید از مهم‌ترین نتایج ارتقای انگیزه کارکنان پلیس در فراجا است .

a systematic review of researches on improving the motivation of police officers using a meta-composite method

background and purpose: job motivation is always considered as one of the most effective factors in increasing the productivity of organizations. the aim of the present study is to systematically review researches on improving the motivation of police officers with the meta-composite method.methodology: the current research is applied in terms of purpose; in terms of research method, it is qualitative; from the point of view of the data collection method, it is among documentary researches. the scope of the study includes all motivation articles at the level of the armed forces between 1392 and 1402 and all foreign articles on the motivation of police officers from 2013 to 2023, and it uses the meta-combination method. and systematic review has been used.due to the time limitation and the massive volume of studies, only suitable articles in this regard were observed and firstly, and with the searches conducted in 4 internal databases and 4 external databases, 91 researches on motivation in police officers were found, of which 56 were 35 studies were selected due to defects and omissions.findings:the findings showed that improving the motivation of police officers had 3 dimensions, 17 components and 93 indicators. individual dimension has six components of positive feeling towards job, work experiences, job motivation, resilience, trust and autonomy, organizational dimension has nine components of organizational atmosphere, job characteristics, organizational justice, organizational culture, work relations, leadership skills. management support, reward system and job security and environmental dimension had 2 components of job opportunities outside the organization and social environment.conclusion: according to the findings, it can be stated that improving the productivity of the organization, increasing the quality level of employees’ services, providing a suitable platform for their creativity and empowerment, and a positive view of problems and obstacles in order to improve work is
