طراحی مدل پیشنهادی مدیریت دانش اثربخش با رویکرد برنامه ریزی استراتژیک با روش ترکیبی گرند تئوری و معادلات ساختاری (مطالعه موردی : وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری)

هدف از انجام این تحقیق طراحی مدل پیشنهادی مدیریت دانش اثربخش با رویکرد برنامه ریزی استراتژیک با روش ترکیبی گرند تئوری و معادلات ساختاری وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری است. از روش تحقیق ابداعی از نوع ترکیبی (کمی و کیفی) استفاده و روش کیفی پیش زمینه روش کمی در نظر گرفته شده است. از نوع حیث هدف، کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت و روش از بعد کمی، پیمایشی (میدانی ) و از بعد روش هدفمند کیفی، از نوع استقرایی – اکتشافی می باشد. در مرحله اول با روش کیفی گرند تیوری و روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی یا زنجیره ای 30 نفر از نخبگان و متخصصین حوزه دانش سازمانی و مدیریت دانش وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و سازمان های تحقیقاتی تابعه انتخاب و بوسیله مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته اطلاعات گردآوری شد. سپس با کدگذاری باز ،محوری و انتخابی مقولات اصلی تحقیق استخراج و مدل ارایه گردید. در مرحله دوم تحقیق (روش کمی) با تدوین پرسشنامه بسته و با تایید روایی و پایایی آن داده ها جمع آوری شد. سپس جهت سنجش همبستگی بین داده ها ، نیکویی برازش مدل استخراجی ، آزمون فرضیات مقولات شناسایی شده و رتبه بندی آن به ترتیب از روش های kmo و بارتلت، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ، آزمون تی و معادلات ساختاری جهت اعتبار سنجی مدل استفاده گردید. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که همبستگی بین داده ها برای تحلیل عاملی مناسب و مقولات مدل استخراجی از نیکویی برازش بالاتری برخوردار و فرضیات مورد تایید واقع شدند. بدین ترتیب تسهیم دانش در اولویت اول و فناوری اطلاعات ، فرهنگ سازمانی ، حفظ دانش ، تبدیل دانش و کسب دانش بعنوان عوامل مدیریت دانش اثربخش با رویکرد برنامه ریزی استراتژیک در اولویت های بعدی قرار گرفته و مدل نهایی تحقیق ارایه گردید.

designing a proposed model of effective knowledge management with a strategic planning approach with a combined method of grand theory and structural equations(case study: ministry of science, research and technology)

the purpose of this research is to design the proposed model of effective knowledge management with a strategic planning approach with the combined method of grand theory and structural equations of the ministry of science, research and technology. in terms of purpose, it is practical, and based on the nature and method, it is quantitative, survey (field) and from the objective qualitative method, it is of inductive-exploratory type. in the first stage, 30 elites and experts in the field of organizational knowledge and knowledge management of the ministry of science, research and technology and affiliated research organizations were selected by the qualitative method of grand theory and snowball or chain sampling, and information was collected through semi-structured interviews. . then, with open, central and selective coding, the main categories of the research were extracted and the model was presented. in the second stage of the research (quantitative method), data was collected by developing a closed questionnaire and confirming its validity and reliability. then, in order to measure the correlation between the data, the goodness of fit of the extractive model, the hypotheses test of the identified categories and its ranking, kmo and bartlett methods, confirmatory factor analysis, t-test and structural equations were used to validate the model. the results of the analysis showed that the correlation between the data for appropriate factor analysis and the extracted model categories had a higher goodness of fit and the hypotheses were confirmed. in this way, knowledge sharing is the first priority and information technology, organizational culture, knowledge retention, knowledge transformation and knowledge acquisition as effective knowledge management factors with a strategic planning approach are placed in the next priorities and the final research model was presented.
