تاثیر آشفتگی محیطی و آهنگ زمانی بر فناوری اطلاعات و عملکرد: نقش تعدیل گری اعتقاد راسخ شغلی

همواره توجه به تغییرات محیطی و زمانی غیرقابل پیش‌بینی برای تصمیم‌گیری مدیران شرکت‌ها اهمیت داشته است. ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه بینشی جدید درباره تاثیرات تغییرات زمانی و آشفتگی‌های محیطی بر نحوه عملکرد شرکت و فناوری اطلاعات با توجه به نقش تعدیل گری اعتقاد راسخ شغلی در شهرک بزرگ صنعتی شیراز است. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش واحدهای صنعتی بهره‌برداری شده کارخانجات صنعتی شهرک بزرگ صنعتی شیراز است. روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه-ای و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد بود. روایی محتوا و ظاهری (صوری) پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و روایی سازه با استفاده از بخش اندازه‌گیری مدل تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای بررسی فرضیات مدل از مدل معادلات ساختاری و رویکرد کمترین مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد آشفتگی محیطی بازار بر آهنگ زمانی و فناوری اطلاعات تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. آهنگ زمانی بر فناوری اطلاعات تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد ولی بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر ندارد. فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. تعدیل گری اعتقاد راسخ شغلی در رابطه بین فناوری اطلاعات و عملکرد سازمانی مورد تایید قرار نگرفت.

the relationship between time spacing and information technology in environment and organization synergy: mediating role of career decidedness

the purpose of this paper is providing a new vision about relationship between company performance, time- oriented activities and information technology in the iranian industrial companies. so, this study examined the temporal changing and environmental disturbance effect on information technology and company performance companies by the role of career decidedness mediating in the shiraz industrial company. from the point of objective, this study is applied research and from the point of methodology, it is descriptive- correlative research. the statistical population is research and development units (r & d) in shiraz industrial companies. using stratified sampling method and data collection tools is questionnaire. the content and appearance validity of questionnaire were measured by experts and construct validity was measured by confirmatory factor analysis. the reliability was confirmed by cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability. in order to investigating hypothesis, structural equation modeling and partial least squares were used. the results show that the turbulence of environment market has a positive and significant effect on time pacing and information technology. time pacing has a positive and significant effect on information technology but it doesn’t impact on organizational performance. information technology has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. the mediating role of career decidedness in the relationship between information technology and organizational performance was not confirmed.
