مطالعه کیفی ارزش گذاری مدیریت فرهنگی پلیس دانش بنیان در سازمان نیروی انتظامی

زمینه و هدف:دستیابی به یک الگوی مفهومی تلفیقی و منطبق با ماموریت ها و رسالت های بلند مدت نهاد پلیس دانش بنیان و جامعه محور است که می تواند پژوهش ساختارمند و فضای باز تحقیق و محیط اصیل دانش بنیان را در نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مستحکم و همبسته نماید.پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و مطالعه ارزش گذاری در سیستمی متفاوت به نام مدیریت فرهنگی پلیس دانش بنیان انجام شده است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر روش توصیفی و از نظر نوع مطالعه در زمره پژوهش های کیفی و به روش تحلیل منطقی فرارونده یا تحلیل استعلایی از منابع و متون مستدل به بررسی موضوع پرداخته است. یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن بود شناسایی دقیق منابع دانشی و ارزشی منطبق با مفاهیم اخلاقی اسلام، دارایی های فکری و تجربی، اشتراک گذاری دانش، تعالیم اسلام و قرآن و فرهنگ جامعه و مبین یک الگوی مفهومی تلفیقی و منطبق با ماموریت ها و رسالت های بلند مدت و ایجاد پلیس دانش است که این الگو می تواند پژوهش ساختارمند و فضای باز تحقیق و محیط اصیل دانش بنیان را در نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مستحکم و همبسته نماید.نتایج: نتایج به دست آمده از این تحقیق می تواند باعث جلو گیری از افت دانش،بهبود تصمیم گیری، ‏انعطاف پذیری و انطباق‏پذیری،مزیت‏رقابتی، توسعه دارایی افزایش محصول و مدیریت مشتری شود.

Qualitative study of the evaluation of cultural management of knowledge-based police

Background and Aim: Achieving an integrated conceptual model that is consistent with the missions and longterm missions of the knowledgebased and communitybased police institution that can strengthen structured research and openair research and the original knowledgebased environment in the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying and studying valuation in a different system called knowledgebased police cultural management.Method: The present study has been applied in terms of purpose, applied, in terms of descriptive method and in terms of type of study in the category of qualitative research and by the method of transcendental logical analysis or transcendental analysis of sources and reasoned texts.Findings: The findings of the study indicated the accurate identification of sources of knowledge and values ​​in accordance with the moral concepts of Islam, intellectual and experimental assets, knowledge sharing, teachings of Islam and the Qur’an and the culture of society and a combined conceptual model in accordance with missions. And it is the longterm missions and creation of the knowledge police that this model can strengthen and link the structured research and open research and the original knowledgebased environment in the law enforcement force of the Islamic Republic of Iran.Results: The results of this study can prevent knowledge loss, improve decision making, flexibility and adaptability, competitive advantage, product development, increase productivity and customer management.
