مشکلات و چالش های توسعه حرفه ای مدیران مدارس و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود آن (مورد: مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه دوم)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مشکلات و چالش های توسعه حرفه ای مدیران و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود آن انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی؛ نوع داده ها، آمیخته و از نظر نحوه اجرا، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بوده است. در بخش کیفی، داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و در روش کمّی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش از دو گروه شامل مدیران ستادی و مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه دوم تشکیل شده است. در بخش کیفی حجم نمونه 19 نفربوده اند. در بخش کمی، از بین 250 نفر جامعه آماری مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه دوم منطقه 5 آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران، بر اساس فرمول کوکران نمونه ای به حجم 151 نفر به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبتی انتخاب شدند که با در نظر گرفتن احتمال ریزش 200 پرسشنامه در بین مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه دوم توزیع شد. روایی صوری پرسشنامه از طریق اجرای آزمایشی و اعمال اصلاحات مقدماتی و روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از قضاوت خبرگان تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه بر مبنای محاسبۀ ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای بخش مشکلات و چالش های توسعه حرفه ای مدیران مدارس 0.937 و برای بخش راهکارهای بهبود آن 0.951 بدست آمد. داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای و تحلیل عاملی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های پژوهش نشان دهنده وجود مشکلات و چالش هایی در توسعه حرفه ای مدیران مدارس از دیدگاه مدیران می باشد. در نهایت، بر اساس مشکلات و چالش های استخراج شده راهکارهای پیشنهادی ارائه شد.

Problems and challenges of professional development of school principals and provide solutions to improve it

The present study is applied in terms of purpose; The type of data was mixed and in terms of execution, it was a descriptive survey type. In the qualitative part, the data were used through semistructured interviews and in the quantitative method, a researchermade questionnaire was used. The statistical population of this study consists of two groups including staff managers and principals of secondary schools. e sample size was 19 people. In the quantitative part, from a statistical population of 250 secondary school principals in District 5 of Tehran, based on Cochran’s formula, a sample of 151 people was selected by stratified proportional sampling method, which considering the probability of falling 200 The questionnaire was distributed among secondary school principals. Community Verified icon The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through experimental implementation and preliminary corrections and the content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using expert judgment. The reliability of the questionnaire based on the calculation of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the problems and challenges of professional development of school principals was 0.937 and for the improvement strategies section was 0.951. The obtained data were analyzed using onesample ttest and factor analysis. Findings indicate that there are problems and challenges in the professional development of school principals from the perspective of principals. Finally, based on the extracted problems and challenges, proposed solutions were presented.
