چکیده
|
امنیت به عنوان یکی از نیازهای اساسی جامعه در ساختارهای شهری به شمار رفته و از اهمیت ویژه ای به واسطه دربرگیری احساس آرامش و آسایش محیطی برای شهروندان برخوردار می باشد.از این رو در مطالعات و پژوهش های شهری همواره امنیت به عنوان یکی از شاخ صهای مهم کیفیت زندگی مورد توجه برنامه ریزان و شهرسازان قرار گرفته و در این خصوص نظریه های متنوعی نیز ارائه شده است. که از مهمترین آنها نظریه حضرت امام خامنه‌ای(مدظلهالعالی) می باشد ابن تحقیق با هدف دستیابی به الگوی رفتار فردی مطلوب نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مبتنی بر فرامین و تدابیر حضرت امام خامنه‌ای(مد ظله العالی) به نگارش در آمده است.تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع، کاربردی، و به روش توصیفی، تحلیلی انجام شده است. جامعته آماری شامل متن کلیه بیانات، خطبه‌ها، نامه‌ها، احکام، تدابیر و فرامین حضرت امام خامنه‌ای (مدظلهالعالی) تا سال 1395 و استفاده از خبرگان با شرایط پیش‌بینی‌شده که تعداد 70 نفر احصاء شده‌اند.. .پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نتایج به این صورت است که در بعد الگوهای رفتار فردی هفت شاخص احصاء و مشخص گردید که در آراء حضرت امام خامنه‌ای(مدظلهالعالی) ،مولفه هایی چون انگیزش و ادراک و ارزشها و رضایت شغلی از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردارند.

Abstract
|
The police mission requires it to be at the heart of people’s lives. Themission of the police force and the constant and continuous communicationof its employees with different segments of the people havespecial subtleties and sensitivities, and it is important from different aspectsand dimensions. These characteristics have led by the Supreme Leader.In his statements to the commanders of the police force, he said that theyshould be reminded of the importance of this connection and consider it asone of the distinguishing features of the police force from other agencies.Ibn Pajuhesh (institute) has been written with the aim of achieving the desiredorganizational behavior pattern of the law enforcement force of the IslamicRepublic of Iran based on the orders and measures of Imam Khamenei.The present study is applied, developmental in terms of purpose and has beenmixed and described in a descriptive, analytical, correlational and casebycasemanner. The statistical population includes the text of all statements, sermons,letters, rulings, measures and orders of Imam Khamenei until 2016 and theuse of experts with the foreseen conditions that 70 people have been counted.The results of the research show that this model has three dimensions andtwelve components and 78 indicators
