طراحی الگوی توانمندسازی بازنشستگان ناجا (با تاکید بر عوامل اقتصادی)

این پژوهش باهدف طراحی الگوی توانمندسازی بازنشستگان ناجا (با تاکید بر عوامل اقتصادی) انجام گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر کاربردی، روش تحقیق آمیخته کیفی و کم یبوده است. جامعه آماری شامل 30 نفر از فرماندهان و مدیران نیروی انتظام یکه در مراکز امور بازنشستگان، کانون بازنشستگان ناجا، صندوق حبیب ابن مظاهر و اساتید عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین بوده اند و نمونه گیری به روش غیرتصادفی و گلوله برفی بوده است. با توجه به اینکه برای الگوی توانمندسازی بازنشستگان ناجا ( با تاکید بر عوامل اقتصادی) ، نیازمند مطالعه دقیق سازمان هستیم. لذا اطلاعات مربوط به این سازمان از طریق مشاهده، مصاحبه و مطالعه اسناد و مدارک جمع آوری می گردد. جهت تجزیه وتحلیل مصاحبه ها، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده می شود؛ و آخرین دستآوردهای موجود درزمینه ی توانمند سازی، در ادبیات پژوهش، به کمک متاسنتز مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار خواهد گرفت. به منظور اعتباربخشی، از پرسشنامه بررسی اعضا و خبرگان استفاده شده و جهت طراحی الگو و شناسایی روابط میان ابعاد الگو از روش الگوسازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده می شود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد ابعاد موثر بر توانمندسازی اقتصادی بازنشستگان ناجا، به ترتیب: تکریم و ارائه خدمات به بازنشستگان، پرداخت های جبرانی برای حفظ استانداردهای زندگی قابل قبول؛ استفاده از تخصص، مهارت و تجربیات بازنشستگان، تناسب طرح های بازنشستگی موجود سازمانبا شرایط بازنشستگان، می باشند.

Design A Model For Empowering Naja ‘ S Retireds(Emphasizing Economic Factors)

The purpose of this study was to design a model of empowerment ofretirees (with emphasis on economic factors). This applied researchwas a qualitative and quantitative mixed research method. The population ofthe study consisted of 30 commanders and managers of the law enforcementagencies at the Pension Centers, Naja Retirees Center, Habib Ibn MazaherFund and faculty members of Amin University of Medical Sciences. Samplingwas nonrandom and snowball. Given the need for a careful empowermentmodel for retirees (with emphasis on economic factors), we need acareful study of the organization. Therefore, information about this organizationis collected through observation, interview and study of documents.Contentanalysis is used to analyze the interviews; and the latest empowermentachievement in the research literature will be analyzed by metacentrism.Tovalidate, a member and expert survey questionnaire was used and interpretivestructural modeling was used to design the model and identify the relationshipsamong the model dimensions.The results showed that the effective dimensionsof economic empowerment of retirees were respectively: honoringand providing services to retirees, compensatory payments to maintain acceptablestandards of living; utilizing the expertise, skills and experiences ofretirees, matching existing retirement plans with retirees’ conditions.
