نقش اعتماد اجتماعی در کارآمدی نهادی ناجا

نیروی انتظامی به عنوان نهادی سازمان یافته در فرآیند تولید امنیت می کوشد با مشارکت دادن مردم وجامعه در این راستا گام های موثری بردارد که این امر محقق نخواهد شد مگر در سایه جلب اعتماد اجتماعی.اعتماد، مهمترین عامل در روابط اجتماعی و جذب همکاری و همیاری عمومی با پلیس محسوب می شود.پلیس جامعه محور، الگوی جدید پلیسی است که در آن امنیت، با مشارکت مردم صورت می پذیرد. هدف اصلی آن، کاهش جرم و ارتقای احساس امنیت در جامعه است. حال سوال این است که؛ چه رابطه ای بین اعتماد اجتماعی و موفقیت سازمانی پلیس در جمهوری اسلامی ایران وجود دارد؟ این مقاله به روش کیفی سعی کرده است تا رابطه فوق را تجزیه و تحلیل نماید. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد بین اعتماد اجتماعی وموفقیت سازمانی پلیس ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. همراهی و همکاری پلیس در مسائل اجتماعی و حضورآنها در مشکلات عمومی مانند زلزله و سیل و اقدامات فراسازمانی آنها، راه را برای افزایش اعتماد اجتماعی باز می کند. نتیجه گیری مبحث این است که؛ تقویت روحیه همکاری پلیس با مردم مستلزم آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان می باشد؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود پرسنل ناجا از طریق آموزش های ضمن خدمت، با این اموربیشتر آشنا شوند.

The Role of The Social Trust in NAJA’s Efficiency

The police, as an institution organized in the security process, try to takeeffective steps by participating in the people and society, that will notbe achieved except in the face of social trust. Trust is the most important factorin social relationships and attracts public cooperation and cooperation withthe police. A Community oriented police is a new police pattern that involvessecurity with people’s participation. Its main goal is to reduce crime and promotethe sense of security in society. The question is: What is the relationshipbetween the social trust and organizational success of the police in the IslamicRepublic of Iran? This article tried to analyze it with qualitative method. Findingsof the research show that there is a significant relationship between socialtrust and organizational success of the police. The police cooperation in socialissues and their presence in common problems, such as earthquakes andfloods, and their transactional measures, open the way to increase social trust.The conclusion is that strengthening the spirit of police cooperation with thepeople requires inservice training for staff, so it is suggested that NAJA personnellearn more about these issues through inservice training.
