مدل‌سازی ساختاری مولفه‌های موثر بر احساس امنیت اجتماعی با تاکید بر نقش پلیس

ناجا طی سال های اخیر با تقویت رویکرد اجتماعی و مشارکت جویانه در حفظ و ارتقای امنیت عمومی و محور قرار دادن مردم در برقراری امنیت اجتماعی،گام‌های نو وموثری برداشته است. هرچه زمینه مشارکت و افزایش نقش مردمی به‌خصوص پلیس افتخاری بهتر مهیا شود بازخوردهای مثبت نمایان‌تر خواهد شد. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است مولفه‌های موثر بر احساس امنیت اجتماعی با تاکید بر نقش پلیس افتخاری شناسایی شوند. روش پژوهش، توصیفی پیمایشی، باهدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را چند تن از خبرگان انتظامی فرماندهی انتظامی استان فارس تشکیل می دهند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل و دسته بندی عوامل از روش مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده‌شد. عوامل موثرشناسایی‌شده عبارت بودند از گسترش فرهنگ قانون‌گرایی، افزایش همدلی در محیط‌های اجتماعی، افزایش آگاهی و هماهنگی جامعه با قواعد اجتماعی، تقویت جامعه‌پذیری مردم و نهادهای اجتماعی، نشرارزش‌های اجتماعی، افزایش ارتباطات مردم با پلیس، افزایش مشارکت اجتماعی، افزایش سطح رضایت‌مندی مردم از پلیس، کاهش آمار جرائم و مجرمان، افزایش قابلیت دسترسی به پلیس و افزایش سرعت عمل پلیس. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که گسترش فرهنگ قانون‌گرایی، افزایش همدلی در محیط‌های اجتماعی، افزایش آگاهی و هماهنگی جامعه با قواعد اجتماعی، تقویت جامعه‌پذیری مردم و نهادهای اجتماعی و افزایش قابلیت دسترسی به پلیس، در سطح 1؛ نشرارزش‌های اجتماعی و افزایش سرعت عمل پلیس، در سطح 2؛ کاهش آمار جرائم و مجرمان، در سطح 3؛ افزایش سطح رضایت‌مندی مردم از پلیس، در سطح 4 و افزایش ارتباطات مردم با پلیس و افزایش مشارکت اجتماعی، در سطح 5 قرار گرفتند. این نکته حائز اهمیت است که هیچ‌کدام ازعوامل بررسی‌شده دراین پژوهش،جزءعوامل خودمختار قرارنگرفتند.

Structural modeling of components affecting social security feeling with emphasis on the role of Honorary Police

In recent years beside social and participatory approach reinforcement, Naja have putted new and effective steps toward maintaining and promoting social security.The more honorary policeand people’s part background prepared, the most results will be revealed. In this paper, it was tried to recognize the security sense along with honorary police contribution. The research was applied and the research method was descriptivesurvey. The statistical universe of this research consists of Fars  province Police headquarter talents. For analyzing and categorizing factors, the researcherwas used interpretive structural modeling method. The main recognized factors are the expansion of laworientation culture, increasing empathy in social milieu, harmony and awareness enhancement with social laws, people socialization and social institutions, publishing social values, increasing people relationship with police, increasing social participation, increasing people satisfaction with police, decreasing crimes and criminal’s statistics, increasing police accessibility and increasing police accuracy. The results indicated thatthe expansion of laworientation culture,increasing empathy in social milieu, harmony and awareness enhancement with social laws, people socialization and social institutions, harmony and awareness enhancement with social laws, people socialization and social institutions and increasing police accessibility placed on first level;publishing social values,increasing police accuracy placed on second level ;decreasing crimes and criminal’s statistics located on third level ;increasing people satisfaction with police located on fourth level and increasing people relationship with police andincreasing social participation located on fifth level. Importantly, none of each analyzed factors have not located among autonomous factors
