بررسی چالش های فنی نگهداشت سامانه حقوق ناجا و ارائه راهکار برای رفع چالشها

این تحقیق با هدف بررسی چالش های فنی نگهداشت سامانه حقوق ناجا و ارائه راهکار برای رفع چالش ها انجام می گیرد. در این تحقیق با توجه به نقش مراحل امکان سنجی ،نیازسنجی،طراحی ،پیاده سازی و آزمون در نگهداشت سامانه حقوق ناجا ،چالش های مراحل فوق و راهکارهای رفع چالشها احصاء گردید. این تحقیق از نظر هدف تحقیقات کاربردی و از آنجایی که نظرات افراد از طریق پرسشنامه طراحی شده در خصوص چالش های فنی نگهداشت سامانه جمع آوری می گردد از نوع پیمایشی و روش ، توصیفی می باشد و جامعه آماری تحقیق متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات معاونت نیروی انسانی ناجا و معاونت فاوا ناجا به تعداد 40نفر می باشند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد بیشترین تاثیر چالش ها ، مربوط به چالش های نیازسنجی بوده و چالش های آزمون، پیاده سازی و امکان سنجی و طراحی در رتبه های بعدی قرار دارند و  درمبحث راهکارهای رفع چالشها نیز به ترتیب ، راهکارهای   باز مهندسی فرایند مربوطه به محاسبات حقوق قبل از بازنویسی سامانه حقوق  ، ایجاد مخزن داده یکپارچه مبتنی بر سامانه جامع نیروی انسانی با توجه به پراکندگی داده ها در سامانه فعلی ، ارتقاء شناخت کاربران ارشد نسبت به سامانه و توانمندی های قابل انتظار از آن و فرآیندهای مرتبط به محاسبات حقوق،  تهیه فرآیندها با وابستگی کم و مستقل از ساختار سازمان  تشکیل جلسات منظم جهت اطلاع از هر گونه تغییر  و مهیا سازی شرایط آزمون نرم افزار مانند داده های دامی، تعدد کاربران و  .... به عنوان موثرترین راهکارها معرفی شدند.

The survey on the technical challenges of Naja Payroll system maintenance and offering solutions to meet the challenges

Given the importance of information systems in organizations, high maintenance costs of these systems and the importance of payroll system in any organization, this study aimed to survey on the technical challenges of Naja Payroll system maintenance and offering solutions to meet the challenges. In this study, according to the different stages of feasibility, needs assessment, designing, implementation and maintenance of test systems for police payroll system, challenges and solutions to meet the above challenges have been recognized. This research was applied and the research method was descriptivesurvey and the sampling universe consists of 40 people of Naja manpower deputy experts and Naja ICT deputy. The sampling method was census and the datagathering tools were questionnaire, interview and studying articles and books. For measuring questionnaire validity the researchers have used content validity which confirmed according to experts and talents opinions and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0/94 which calculated through Cronbachs Alpha formula. In terms of solutions to address challenges, respectively, related to the calculation of process engineering solutions open to rewrite the payroll system software, creating a unified data repository based on a comprehensive system of human resources with respect to the distribution of data in the current system, the full implementation phase of engineering requirements Preparation process independent of the organizational structurehold regular meetings to inform of any changes and providing for the software test conditions such as permanent data, the number of users and  etc  were introduced as the most effective solutions.
